Wood knock in Connecticut

While filming a documentary on the Winsted Wild Man, the witness and a companion sat in the dark at the border of the former [name withheld]'s area. They heard a close wood knock, stone throws and hoots, then left recorders that captured something approaching and distant arguing and singing-like howls with clanking, later found to contain three individuals half to three-quarters mile away near the swamp.
