In 1993 near Timothy Lake, two cousins exploring off a trail while looking for bear sign found a torn-up log and about fifty feet of human-like tracks with a reported eight-foot stride. They went back to camp to bring their uncle to view the tracks. The cousins and uncle thought the footprints might have been made by a Bigfoot.
