After a night of heavy disturbance, the witness found a roughly four-foot circle of flattened grass about 20 feet from the front door. The area contained tufts and long strands of light-colored hair, some about a foot long, with no horse tracks nearby. The witness collected the hair in an envelope intending to have it analyzed.
