Footsteps near Chattanooga, Tennessee (1986)
Account
The witness and his spouse were tent camping near the water on a Monday night. After frogs went silent they heard heavy bipedal footsteps approach through woods and then wading in shallow water toward the camp. They retreated to a truck camper as the unseen visitor circled the camp for hours, and next morning found widely spaced depressions in the mud under clear water where it had waded.
