In 2023 the researcher brought a friend to camp to test if the clan liked him. After a staged threat with a fire poker, a female sasquatch started down the ridge but was pulled back by a white figure, followed by a roar and rocks and a tire thrown at the friend. Two dog-like beings flanked while the witness intervened. Later a female dogman crawled under the friend's hammock, listened to his chest, sniffed him, bared its gums, nudged and licked his cheek, then walked off on two legs.
