Family describes the strange activity at their former rural home near Wesley
The witness was at home with a neighboring family in late August, watching children play in the yard near sunset. A loud, powerful call was heard repeatedly from across a creek about 150 yards away, starting low and rising higher and unlike any known animal. The adults listened and later searched the creek area with flashlights but saw nothing. Afterward the children avoided playing outside near dark.
Footprint found in Beck Spur area
The mother awoke overnight to a strong animal-like odor and sustained movement sounds in weeds outside her trailer window and retrieved a gun. The odor lingered in the trailer for over an hour. The next morning her daughter visited, heard the account, and found a large flat human-like footprint in mud outside the window, which she measured and photographed, plus reddish hair strands on a nearby tree.
Daylight sighting outside rural home in small community of Herbine, south of Rison
Late at night the witness went outside after dogs barked and noticed a strong foul odor. Under yard lighting he saw a tall hairy biped just beyond a nearby fence. When shouted at, it walked away upright. A relative later said she had been awakened that night by a deep growling sound.
Vocalizations heard by multiple witnesses
Five people were talking in a boat on Beaver Lake late at night when coyotes began yipping and howling. Shortly after, a much lower and longer howl was heard from several hundred yards away and repeated two or three times. Two companions suggested a Husky-type dog, but the reporter felt it was deeper than coyotes or a Husky and believed it may have been a Bigfoot. No further sounds were heard afterward.
Late night sighting by motorist
The witness was driving late at night with a companion asleep in the car about five miles outside Watson on Highway 1. A very large white figure estimated at about seven feet tall ran across the road in front of the car from one woodline to the other under high-beam illumination. The figure moved very fast without looking toward the car and disappeared into the trees.
Howling sound heard in the Boggy Creek area of Fouke Arkansas
The witness was driving backroads near Fouke and Jonesville in the evening to look at trees downed in a Christmas ice storm. After pulling into a dirt drive near Boggy Creek to turn around after dark, the witness heard an unfamiliar loud howling sound. The witness left for home and later concluded after listening to recordings that the sound was a Bigfoot howl.
Sasquatch sighting in Arkansas (2001)
The guest was on a solo boar hunt and camping in a primitive lean-to in Arkansas. At night he heard a wet low huff, then a large hairy biped tore out of the brush and charged toward his camp. He hid in the brush, watched it sniff the air and look toward him, then fled on foot and returned at daylight to collect his gear and leave.

Two people walking a terrier dog along the receded shoreline of a lake followed large raccoon tracks to a disturbed area in packed sandy soil. There they found two sizes of large human-like footprints intersecting the raccoon tracks, which ended at the disturbance, while the human-like tracks returned toward the tree line. The prints were much deeper than the witnesses' own impressions in the same soil. The dog behaved unusually at the site, whining and soiling the area.

The witness was coonhunting with dogs in flooded timber at night when the dogs treed separately. After catching their own dogs, the witness heard wading steps, a growl and a whistling sound and smelled a strong putrid odor while the dogs whimpered. The witness then saw a very tall hair-covered creature standing behind them that hissed and splashed water toward them before the witness fled. The creature followed briefly then moved away making moaning sounds, and the witness saw a very large four-toed footprint while leaving.

The witness reports encountering a tall, hairy, human-like creature walking away from them. The creature stopped and looked in the witness's direction, which frightened the witness. A strong musky odor was smelled on the wind during the encounter.

The witness was duck hunting from a blind on a river during the afternoon. Across the river about 100 yards away, the witness saw a large hairy apelike creature flipping over stones and walking with an odd long-striding gait. The sighting was made by a single observer.

The witness was standing in the yard at night when a hooting howl was heard from the treeline. Dogs ran toward the woods barking as brush and limbs thrashed along the edge and heavy thumping footsteps were heard. The witness followed the sounds along the treeline with a rifle before returning to the house and confirming a relative next door had not left home. The witness interpreted the sounds and movement as a sasquatch disturbed in the woods.

During modern-gun deer season the witness was walking on a road between two fields when he noticed footprint-like impressions in the road and at the field edge. He returned the next morning to photograph one impression with a shotgun and boot for scale. He described it as about boot-length, wider than a bare foot, with three toes, and interpreted several impressions as a running stride toward a nearby thicket.

The witness was squirrel hunting and scouting for deer signs from the top of a small hill when they saw a large dark bipedal creature about 50 yards below following a fence row. They watched it for about 8-10 seconds before it disappeared. The witness estimated it was at least 6 to 7 feet tall, did not follow it out of fear, and a later return found no traces or tracks because the ground was very hard.

The witness was driving at night on a forested highway near the Oklahoma-Arkansas border when a tall, slender, hair-covered figure sprinted across the road in front of the vehicle. The figure was seen clearly in bright headlights at close range and crossed from south to north with very long strides. The witness was certain it was neither a bear nor a human.

The witness and a companion were hiking in woods near the witness's home when the companion hurt an ankle and sat to rest. The witness walked about 50 feet ahead and encountered a huge, tall, hairy creature kneeling. The creature chased the witness, and both individuals fled out of the woods. When they looked back, it was gone.

Three people fishing from a boat along a densely vegetated shoreline heard rustling and thrashing suggesting a very large animal nearby. They then heard a very loud, chilling shrill that frightened them, prompting them to leave quickly. As they left, they continued to hear the animal moving rapidly through dense woods uphill and repeating the shrill at intervals until it was roughly a quarter to half mile away.

The witness and two companions were trolling from a boat in the morning when they saw a hairy biped crossing a rocky power-line clearing. The creature moved over large rocks from woods on one side to woods on the other while the boat drifted past. All three watched in stunned silence and discussed the sighting afterward.
