A firefighter camping a couple miles away told the witness something had been approaching his camp and lingering just beyond the firelight. The next morning hunters reportedly found the firefighter's body pulled from his tent with his bow broken in half and signs of predation.

The witness and a fellow officer camped in a remote forested area for turkey hunting. During the afternoon return and after dark they were paralleled, heard knocks and strange metallic sounds, and had wood and a heavy rock thrown from a cliff. A tall upright wolf-like creature approached the camp as a deep growl vibrated their chests, the witness prayed and fired, the partner fired at a second figure, then they fled by truck and saw two tall hairy figures in the headlights before something struck the truck as they escaped.
Forest service technician finds tracks in snow in a very remote area accessible only by helicopter
A forestry technician flown by helicopter to a remote alpine basin for road layout work reported finding barefoot tracks in snow in January. He described approximately six prints showing toes that were wider than human and not bear-like. He checked with the helicopter pilot, who said he had not walked in the basin.
Late night sighting by motorists along Highway 121
The witness and a relative were driving home late at night when their headlights revealed a tall, muscular, hair-covered human-like figure standing partly on the roadway. The passenger, within a few feet of it, described its human-like face and eyes watching the car as they passed. After several minutes of silence both occupants reacted and continued discussing the encounter.

The witness was pausing on a bike ride on a forest road while waiting for a young relative riding behind. Something dark with a reddish tone emerged from the woods, crossed the road in a step and a leap, then hopped a fence and disappeared. The witness estimated it as much taller than the witness.

Two companions searching for agates noticed a distant dark figure at the tree line and watched it through binoculars. The figure walked between the tree line and shoreline, moved toward them covering distance quickly, then bent down, picked up a rock and tossed it into the lake. They initially rationalized it as a human but later reconsidered and regretted not checking for footprints.

In summer 1993, a five-year-old child went to the back bedroom of a raised mobile home to get toys from a chest. Upon sitting up, the child saw a pair of piercing red eyes in the middle of the bedroom window and stared before running to report it. The family suggested a neighboring dog, but the witness maintains the eyes were too high for a dog and too close to be an owl or perched animal.

Two companions driving on a dirt road toward their house at night stopped when a large creature stood in the road a short distance ahead. With headlights and then high beams on, they watched it for a couple of minutes as it stood and moved its head from side to side. They then drove past it and rushed into the house to tell the occupants and check everyone was alright.

During foggy opening-day gun season the witness waited in a bowl where ridges met and heard something descend. He saw two amber self-illuminated eyes with vertical slits slightly below eye level despite a downhill angle. It then left through woods, conveying a non-aggressive sense of presence.

As a teenager the Kentucky guest was alone on a home deck at night and watched a large yellow orb move slowly through a distant tree line. Frightened, she froze until it reached the end of the trees, then ran inside.
Footsteps (1993)
Two teenagers camped across a small stream in South Fork Canyon during a multi-day backpacking trip. After dark by the campfire they heard something wade through the stream and circle the campsite two or three times. The surrounding woods fell silent, which the witness later interpreted as the presence of a larger predator.
Sasquatch sighting near Mendocino County (1993)
An investigative journalist visiting a cannabis farm heard that two men reported a triple killing at another grow site up the mountain. The victims were said to have been torn limb from limb by one or more Sasquatch, while a large amount of cannabis was left untouched. The director retells this hearsay story as the premise of his documentary.
Cryptid sighting in Indiana (1993)
The witness had been dropped on the Indiana side of the Ohio River to hunt for arrowheads and stopped to rest and eat in a runoff channel. Two small human-like figures about three feet tall, dressed in breechcloths and leggings, walked around the edge into view. After a brief buzzing or humming sound and mutual staring, both turned and walked away without alarm.

The witness arrived with a companion at a house after a Christmas party and heard an odd duck-like sound. The companion stopped while the witness kept walking toward the sound. Two drivers at a nearby intersection reported something huge walking between their trucks toward the witness, then running away so fast it outpaced a truck down an alley.

The guest says he later examined another set of casts from about 55 miles away dating to 1993. He suggests it may represent the same adult individual as the 1987 set, described as 15-inch tracks about 6 inches wide.
Sasquatch sighting near Carroll County (1993)
While inspecting land where the Missouri River had changed course, the witness crossed a levee and came face to face at about 50 yards with two creatures. One stood braced between trees swaying side to side and watching him while the other stayed on hands and knees appearing to dig for crawdads. After about 20 seconds of locked gaze and chest rumbling with dread, the witness left quickly for his car.
Footsteps near Campbellsburg, Indiana (1993)
Eight high school friends were camping and sitting around a campfire when they heard steady footsteps climb a steep hill, stop at the crest, then sprint away. When two went to investigate a loud high-pitched scream stopped them. Later that night in the van a companion saw a hairy arm reach in the window and take food, which was found strewn toward the woods.
Sasquatch sighting near Poplar Creek, Mississippi (1993)
While riding home on the school bus with a school friend, the witness looked toward an open field by a bridge near the family land. A broad, squatted creature was scooping water with its hand to drink. The bus continued on after a few seconds and the friend immediately called it a Bigfoot.
Footsteps in Utah (1993)
On a solo elk hunt in the same area the witness hiked through stripped timber and a bone scatter to a bowl holding many bedded deer. While returning near sunset he was followed by something matching his steps that he could not see, then heard growls from behind and across the creek. He kept a fire lit while packing and left camp, later reconsidering cougars as the source after hearing similar growls described as Sasquatch-related.
Man remembers sighting while driving on a lonely dark two-lane road near Gorman
Two companions driving west at night on a desert highway saw a tall, thin figure covered in hanging hair jogging beside the road to their right. The view lasted less than ten seconds at about 20 to 30 feet, and no facial features were seen. Both occupants were frightened and drove on without stopping for proof.
