Late in the day in dark rainy conditions, they observed a large upright figure from the van and recorded it with a small camcorder. Around a bend about 50 to 70 feet ahead he saw a tall hair-covered man-like figure picking and eating blackberries. The two stared at each other for about a minute before the figure leapt over the bushes in a few strides and disappeared without aggression.
