After moving a trailer to a remote timber edge, a woman and companion endured months of shaking, objects thrown and small ape-like figures on the roof. Once a larger six to seven foot figure was seen in a tree making whooping sounds as the group left. After they began leaving food out, the disturbances reportedly stopped.

Two friends were talking late at night in a farmhouse basement with the windows open when they heard a strange screeching or howl-like sound from a nearby field. They looked out the window but saw nothing, and the sound continued intermittently for about ten minutes. Neither could identify it as any known wildlife or farm animal, and a brief search the next day found nothing.

The guest's uncle was alone on Bear Butte on a multi-day vision quest holding his pipe. While dozing he heard two little voices planning to take the pipe and felt tugs on it. He woke growling and saw two six-inch-high little men with wide eyes who fled into the woods.

The elder said little people were inside messing with the wiring and would not cause harm. The disturbance stopped after they went back inside.

An older man walked him away from the fire toward the cook shack to look into the dark, where they both saw two massive shadowy upright shapes standing at the edge of camp watching. The older man said such beings are drawn to ceremonies to observe and protect, and they remained at a distance without approaching or making sound.
