The witness was staying at his uncle's cattle farm to shoot a suspected coyote stealing chickens. From a barn loft at night he watched a tall bipedal creature emerge from the tree line and move very quickly toward the coops. After he shouted, it growled, screamed and charged the barn, shaking it, while he fired dozens of rounds down at it before it fled to the woods. No blood was found, only partial tracks, and a conservation officer told them to keep quiet.

A large dark figure walked down the opposite side of the hollow, stopped, stepped back and stared at the witness for 15-20 seconds before continuing down the ridge and disappearing. After climbing down at dark, the witness checked the spot and concluded the height over the underbrush ruled out a human, then told his son who had been hunting separately.

Late at night the witness, his wife and his oldest son stepped onto their porch with a spotlight after their dog barked aggressively toward the trees. They observed large orange glowing eyes about eight feet off the ground behind an oak about 75 yards away for two to three minutes. When the witness shouted, the creature ran off showing its full side profile, and the family was startled by its massive size, massive arms and speed.

After he grunted jokingly in response, a large rock was thrown from that direction and splashed into the pond near him. He did not see what threw it and left the area immediately.

The witness and her daughter's friend drove past a huge gray-skinned creature standing in a highway ditch with its back to the road. It stayed motionless in the headlights and appeared to be rummaging in trash. The next day the witness and her parents found large footprints with toes in mud and took photos showing a tree bend, an X, rock clacking sounds, and a possible face figure on the ridge.

He had turned off his thermal to save battery, then saw a glow and a short rotund biped about 30 feet away that had not noticed them. The witness was deer hunting alone from an elevated stand at dusk when deer behaved nervously. A large unseen animal approached behind the stand, breathing heavily, sniffing, producing knocks and screams, and pacing before moving west. The witness turned on a headlamp and saw a tall dark figure from behind that grunted and ran along a creek bank into the woods.

The witness parked by a fire tower picnic area late at night to look at the stars. From the heavily wooded valley below, he heard repeated paired whoop vocalizations for about 20 minutes. The sounds seemed to shift position across the valley while staying at a similar distance. He saw nothing, only heard the sounds, before returning to his vehicle and leaving.
