The hunter was in a tree stand and watched two creatures chasing a deer behind a tree. The hunter raised a gun to look through the scope, which seemed to anger one creature. It whistled to the side as another approached and then grinned in a threatening way.

The witness went to check his father's hunting stand and found it ripped off the tree and twisted by the fence. He smelled rotting flesh, got knocks in response to his knock, and heard his whistle mimicked. Returning to his ATV he found it flipped over with a partial print nearby, then had rocks of increasing size thrown at him as he fled.

The witness was with a companion in the same area during the early morning hours. The companion hummed a tune he could not whistle, and an unseen source repeated the same humming or whistling for some time. No bird or other source was seen despite watching and listening.

A very tall light-colored massive creature emerged about 90 feet away and crossed quickly through weeds before descending a steep ravine without slipping. The guest chased with a video camera but only captured leaf glare, later finding a flattened grass trail where it had passed.

On a cold night about a year ago they sat quietly with lights off, heard a group approach talking, then lit them with flashlights. Something pressed against the van and shook it violently while he felt overwhelming dread, pressure, inability to move and hear. After it stopped he dressed, found no tracks, felt watched while leaving, and drove to a populated rest stop.

While exploring remote canyons that connect to the valley, the witness found a large footprint with distinct toes on a steep game trail. He heard loud whistles directed at him from across the canyon that later moved down the canyon. The same day he found a teepee-like arrangement of evergreens still rooted but pushed together.

A research group camped at a remote river location and stayed up late around a fire to invite attention. On about the fifth night whistling calls, heavy movement through brush, and a loud branch break approached camp. The witness watched through a night-vision monocular as a large silhouette crossed a road with a smooth gliding gait, and the group later found disturbed ground and footprints that were tracked for about a mile.

In recent months at his own property, the witness heard screaming twice from a woodline while walking his dog and a few days later heard whistling mimicking his calls from an overgrown field. He saw nothing. He presents it as ongoing activity near his home.

While fly fishing, the witness saw large brown movement between trees and then found very large flat-footed barefoot tracks with splayed gripping toes and a midfoot bend. He followed them to a creek crossing showing very long strides up a bank. He then heard a deep chickadee-like whistle, answered it, feared it was signaling another individual, and fled.

A family of four hiking with a daughter in an off-road wheelchair encountered a gray-black animal on all fours that approached then left. A tall seven-foot figure then ran through chasing what they believed was a hog, which was heard squealing and then going quiet. A smaller all-fours figure with unusual head hair then approached them snarling until a whistle from the woods called it away, and the family fled.
