About two weeks later the same three men returned to a nearby picnic ground on the same river to night fish again. They heard rustling like small animals in leaves that seemed to circle them, followed by unintelligible whisper-like voices that felt very close and could not be located. Feeling the same intense fear as before, they stood back-to-back with firearms then withdrew to their car and left the gear, later learning from a ranger that the bend was where drowned bodies were recovered.
Growl in Arkansas
On another night the brothers were fishing without a light at a pond on posted university land. They heard loud snorting, growling, and heavy running back and forth close behind them. Feeling threatened, they left immediately.

The guest was hiking with a friend early in the morning when they had to deal with a forest fire. The friend ran down saying he saw something go up the mountain. After waiting for fire personnel, they continued and were screamed at twice by something unseen.

The witness had a fire with a friend and wife until about 1 a.m., hearing rock clacking and creek activity through a parabolic. While folding chairs and putting the fire out, a huge shrill scream erupted 25 yards over the ravine, stopping them and sending them back. He thought it was the female.

Woken by crashing and the dog barking, the witness heard a juvenile on the porch beating the deck and plucking the air conditioner while an adult gave gibberish instructions and the juvenile answered with tongue clicks. Then something wailed on the dog box. In the morning he found a twisted tree, shredded sapling and tracks and made a cast. With a flashlight he saw something large and black moving up the hill.

While squirrel hunting on the upper ridge, the witness heard his dog barking and whimpering from the swampy ravine bottom, though the dog was chained at home. He listened about 20 minutes, realized it was a perfect mimic, did not go down, and heard a tree knock as he left. The dog was fine at home.

Shortly after the first incident, the witness returned to the same area armed hoping to learn more. He stayed up after work and heard a distant loud siren-like sound similar to the earlier vocalizations. It remained far away and did not approach.
Sasquatch sighting
The witness was alone in a tree stand when he heard heavy movement and loud wood knocks. A large figure stayed close behind him making tongue pops while a smaller chocolate-colored juvenile watched from a hill, and the larger one tossed pine cones at his foot. After dark he walked to his truck hearing footsteps on both sides, saw a pulsating light follow him across a clearing and sink into the ground, then continued to his truck.

Scream
The witness and a close friend were living in a tent camp deep in the woods while hiding as runaways. After hearing strange noises for some time, they returned to find the camp destroyed by fallen trees and witnessed shaking trees and a large hairy creature moving on all fours that charged past them kicking sand. They hid in a hollow until sunrise, then fled the area and never spoke of the event for years.
Growl near Lee County
The guest and one fellow investigator camped in a research area in Lee County chosen after a Dogman report. They heard a growl, a distant tree fall, and something running around camp that was too fast to pinpoint on thermal, then found X-shaped tree structures without roots. On later visits team members saw a large dark humanoid with a conical head peek from behind a tree, found broken branches, and heard loud peacock-like bird sounds with nothing visible.

The same witness had heard a similar but faint sound at a nearby campground in the spring of 2006.
Vocalization in Michigan
A woman living near a large airport sent the witness audio of loud yelling and screaming. She also reported strange footprints, a presence in her barn, large crossed-tree blockages on trails, and small trees and flowers left on her porch after she cleared them. Contact was later lost without identifying the source.

Residents of a central Michigan farm reported frequent night vocalizations over several years. Recorders captured goat-like and horse-like sounds, breathing and banging on a food barrel, and loud knocks from the woods when people moved between buildings. The witness investigated possible human sources and found one distant caller to exclude, but did not see the source.

The witness visited a central Michigan farm property late at night to retrieve recorders. A powerful growl was felt in the chest from a distance, followed by two vocalizers calling back and forth while moving away. The exchange lasted many minutes and was partially recorded after the witness restarted equipment.

The witness volunteered as bait on a southern Michigan property while others monitored with microphones. Operators reported footsteps following the witness along a road. On other nights the group broadcast whale sounds and later recorded similar sounds unprompted, and daytime slapping on a garage was reported until cameras and lights were installed.

The witness was camping with a parent in the northern woods. Over three nights something large approached the tent from behind, breathing audibly and pressing against the fabric. The witness felt cold then heat, briefly could not move, struck the shape, and heard it walk away bipedally. After objects were thrown on later nights the pair left early, and the witness avoided night woods for years.

Paranormal encounter in Vermont
The witness woke to repeated chanting of ashes to ashes, dust to dust and saw six to eight shapeless black masses outside near the pond. He brought his father, who also heard the chanting and saw the masses. When the father knocked on the glass the sound stopped and the masses dissipated.
