The witness and a companion were sleeping in a tent set up a short distance from the main camp. Around one in the morning the witness heard chatter behind the tent believed to be a young creature communicating with its mother across a creek. Attempts to wake the companion and record the sounds failed as the vocalization ended and the recorder was not working.

The witness and one companion were outside their shelter preparing dinner at dusk when pounding, limb breaking and vocal activity began nearby. The creatures began directing chatter-like vocalizations toward the men. The witness shouted back mimicking the sounds, which seemed to amuse the creatures.

After leaving a recorder in a remote logging area with controlled access, the guest reviewed audio from the third night. At about 1:15 a.m. it captured squealing like something seized, then three loud deep barrel-chested yells, another loud squeal, then two more yells, then silence.

The guest and a companion sat out around 2 a.m. and heard a faint rhythmic beating like an Indigenous drum with chant-like vocal sounds. It recurred three or four times within about an hour. The guest later found the sounds on his recorder tied in a tree.

On a weekend camping trip, the guest and his friend heard a fawn-like distress sound that seemed to approach. The friend ran toward it with a light while the guest followed behind. The friend saw a tall grayish-silver upright figure move between trees and dart away. Next morning they found a snapped trip line, a missing bell, and a large human-like track looking toward them.

On a separate visit to Snelgrove Lake with his son and a friend, the guest heard prolonged operatic-like female singing coming from the lake edge. No singer was seen and the source remained a mystery.
Sasquatch sighting near Silver Lake Township, Pennsylvania
A teenage boy working in backwoods heard what he thought was his younger brother whistling and approaching. He saw a small human-like being covered with black hair, tried to shoot it but trembled, and the being stepped behind a tree then ran off whistling. The boy returned home frightened and upset when recalling it.
Sasquatch sighting near Bridgewater, Pennsylvania
A berry picker encountered a small child-sized hair-covered being walking upright toward them while whistling like a person. After initial fright the witness pursued it, but it ran away very fast continuing to whistle. The teller notes locals afterward called it a name associated with its speed.

After the main sighting the witness returned to leave food, which was never taken. On later visits the witness heard dog-like barks that sounded like mimicry three times and set off nearby dogs. Once something jumped out of a tree next to the witness and moved through brush without being clearly seen.

During a group outing intended to call in creatures, multiple individuals closed in while vocal mimicry shifted suddenly to loud aggressive growls. Two or three figures emerged from brush and physically forced participants toward vehicles. The group scrambled to leave as one researcher passed close by the largest individual.
Footsteps near Lancaster, Ohio
The witness walked a dog around a lake road bordered by tall woods. Something walked on two feet alongside in the woods and the dog became distressed. After turning back, a very loud scream vibrated through her and she ran to a house where others had also heard it.
Wood knock near Hollis, Maine
After moving to a home in Maine the witness had repeated trash disturbance and nighttime tree bangs like a bat hitting trees. Howls were heard and a sound mimicking an infant was reported. The call dropped before the account was finished.
Property disturbance in Tennessee
After her dog growled at the window before dawn, the guest went outside to find a large full-size canoe weighing hundreds of pounds tipped on its side from being stored overturned. Her son denied moving it. She suspected Sasquatch rather than a person.

About 10 at night in April the guest stepped onto her deck and something behind a tree about 20 feet away roared deeply, loudly and aggressively. Terrified, she ran inside screaming to her son. He cautiously checked but it was gone.

A larger group walked away from a noisy camp toward a river with lights out. They heard a clear knock, then later review revealed laugh-like and jabbering sounds and another coyote-like yell. Two close wood snaps were also recorded.

While sleeping at a long-used lakeside camp, the witness woke at 3 AM to a loud crying sound outside the tent that seemed directed at him. He believed it was the same kind of creature that visits the camp area. He stayed inside and did not go out to look.

The same two brothers returned to the same area about a month after the November night. From a distance they heard prolonged deep roaring likened to a lion that seemed to vibrate the car. They did not see the source and left the area.

A young child reported a furry smelly cowman at the field edge, followed by an older sibling being followed by heavy footsteps and a father finding long coarse hair on a loosened fence wire. That evening the father and son were chased from the woods, night howls with whoops continued, and a large shape spoke and made faces at the bedroom window. The mother shot at an arm reaching for the child, the family fled, and returning days later found the house interior violently torn apart.

In the middle of the day indoors, the witness heard his dog bark then yelp as if hurt from behind the house. He ran outside and found that dog unharmed in the front yard. He believed the sound may have been mimicked to lure him or the dogs.
