The witness's brother and companions were walking a trail behind a factory when something large moved in the trees. It came down quickly, pushed trees down in front of it, and made a loud elephant-like sound. The group ran and later arrived loudly at the family home.

The witness was driving home at dusk on a dark back dirt road. Oncoming headlights illuminated a hairless humanoid low in tall grass, crawling in an impossible manner. Frightened, the witness drove past, sped home, and called the fiancee who was out of state.

The witness camped with four others and dogs near a stream. During the day they heard distant screams and at night saw faint red, green, blue and white lights moving down a hill. They heard single and multi-note whistles from multiple directions closing in, heard movement in the stream and road, saw a black mass run through brush, and left hurriedly after a whistle was answered back.

A woman camping in a trailer heard loud mountain-to-mountain calls and later woke to a furry black face looking in her small window. The next morning a large footprint and fingerprints were found on the trailer. On subsequent nights the visitor groaned by the fire, threw sticks and pine cones at the trailer, banged on it, and was watched with night optics walking between the tree line and river.

Later the same night while on the porch, the guest noticed two large see-through humanoid shapes under a distant street lamp. He compared them to a cloaked figure that looks like heat or plastic wrap. The other two people present said they could also see them.

After returning to the house, the guest heard heavy walking in the treeline and saw a very large hairy biped about 30 yards away. He describes it as jet black with shorter hair, a bare face, and enormous chest and shoulders. It took a step with arm swing and hid behind three oaks, peeking out until the friend also glimpsed it.

On the second to last night out, the guest noticed an upright shadow behind a large oak tree about 15 to 20 feet away. He could see an arm with long shaggy hair and a hand with five pointed fingers. A rock landed nearby, he glanced away, and the shape was gone without sound.

The witness parked an ATV and hiked alone on a trail through dense young pines. He noticed something staying still in the trees, shouted with no response, then saw a large dark mass moving through and violently shaking the trees. He fired shotgun slugs while retreating about 100 feet as the mass kept pace inside the treeline, and believes he must have hit it.

While driving south on the interstate in the evening, the witness noticed a softball to basketball sized bluish-white glowing light moving above and along power lines at his speed. It angled off along a branching line, passed over his car, flashed, and disappeared. His car radio went to static for 30-45 seconds.

While driving home past deer in a field, the witness noticed a very large dark figure on a snowy hillside watching the valley. She later watched it from the road about 300-400 yards away, seeing it from the waist up. After it squared its shoulders toward her and stared, it seemed to crouch or vanish, frightening her.
Odor in Alabama
From a blind in the afternoon the witness shot a doe that ran into the tree line. Following blood and a strong gut-like stench that grew stronger, the witness found the deer on its side with the body undulating and something large behind it. After a loud heavy exhalation, the witness yielded the deer and left.

The witness followed an older brother past a fence along fire breaks to hunt deer. When the brother left briefly chasing a buck, the witness heard a loud yell and had rocks land around and herd movement back to the fire break. The brother later said he had seen a big dark monster throwing rocks and had fled home separately.
Paranormal encounter
Two companions traveling with money stopped for the night at a roadside tavern and shared a locked upper room. During the night one was seized around the throat by a heavy, hairy, naked figure that he wrestled off, but a light showed no intruder and no way in or out. Weeks later they heard another traveler had been found dead in the same room with marks on the throat.
Vocalization
Two friends camped without a tent between ridges past a reservoir after the witness made wood knocks. They heard a loud roar from one ridge and a scream from the other, then heavy footsteps approaching to within feet. The witness saw part of a very large wide-shouldered figure in moonlight with loud in-and-out breathing. They stayed still without using a light until the sounds receded, then moved camp and stayed awake until morning.

In the evening after dinner the witness and his brother took scraps to their dog and shone a large flashlight toward the garage. They saw a very tall figure at the high end of the garage with amber eyeshine and visible teeth, dropped the food and jumped onto the porch. The dog was absent and the food was untouched the next day.

A year or two after the first sighting, the witness and his cousin were catching minnows when he crossed a fence into a turn row and saw a large hairy figure pulling corn from stalks by the old rental house. He looked away and back to confirm, then calmly walked back to his father and uncle without telling anyone.

The witness was sneaking out a bedroom window late at night to meet his girlfriend. He looked toward the fence line and saw a large hairy chest breathing about 20 feet away. He did not look at its face, went back inside, then heard it walk away before going to meet his girlfriend.
Whoop in Georgia
The witness and one coworker stayed late to finish treated trees and clean up capsules. They heard whoops and a shriek, then heard whistling objects identified as treatment capsules being thrown near them. As they drove out they saw something peering from behind a tree and heard three wood knocks.
