He heard tree knocks from front and behind and felt surrounded while filming himself. After overnight damage at a forestry camp the witness hiked with several men up a valley toward limestone caves while two creatures called from either side, including tongue-click sounds. During a listening halt he watched a fern frond pulled down about 30 meters away and made eye contact with a child-sized, dark-skinned face with messy reddish-brown hair and red hair on the hand and face. It released the frond and disappeared into dense bush.
