The light rose in the air, shone a dimmer yellow light toward the ground, and moved around the vehicles. He went outside armed, heard no drone sound and saw nothing directly, while his wife watching the feed said it flew over his head.

About a week before the main night, the witness saw something large dart past on all fours and assumed a mountain lion. He fetched a coworker and they observed a heat signature looking around a tree with a thermal scope, and the witness fired a crossbow arrow that hit a nearby tree. The coworker quit the next day without explanation.

At about age 12-13 the witness returned alone to a stream and rock in dense woods behind the campground. From about 15 feet away she saw a long dark-haired arm with long fingers wrapped around a pine beside the trail, then a flat dark face peer out and make eye contact. She fled past the tree back to the family trailer and stayed there for the rest of the vacation without telling her parents at the time.
