The same camera captured a nearly transparent bipedal figure standing and shifting slightly before disappearing into a blurry mass that also showed movement.

A research group camped at a remote river location and stayed up late around a fire to invite attention. On about the fifth night whistling calls, heavy movement through brush, and a loud branch break approached camp. The witness watched through a night-vision monocular as a large silhouette crossed a road with a smooth gliding gait, and the group later found disturbed ground and footprints that were tracked for about a mile.

The witness and the same young relative were carrying camping gear near a hayfield at sunset and noticed a dark figure deep in the field. Through weak binoculars it looked broad-shouldered and massive, sitting or crouching with its rear low, and it turned to show head and shoulders and walked with a swaying stagger. They went inside to get adults, and when the adults came out it was gone.

The witness and a young relative had built a makeshift fort in a circle of pine trees and were carrying materials to heat rocks. They looked up and saw a gorilla-like face looking in through an opening about eight feet up. They ran to the house, grabbed knives, returned to look, and it was gone.

The heat sources dropped from the trees and moved single-file toward her along the wood line. The witness was on a multi-day hunting trip on a mountain ridge above the treeline, using binoculars and a scoped rifle to look for bears. From 80 to 100 yards away the witness observed a large gray short-haired cat-like animal with prominent upright ears crouched on a rock, moving its head like a predator. The animal sensed the witness, moved its ears, then crept backward and disappeared. The witness chose not to shoot because the animal could not be identified.

During a summer camp, four youths hiked to a small lake with a vertical log sticking out of the water. On the second day the log went underwater and resurfaced, then a wide dark orb-like mass moved from the log location in an S shape toward a relative on a float. It disappeared about 10 to 15 feet away, and the group ran back to camp.
