He walked past what he first took for a Brahma bull, then realized it was a very tall naked hairy biped with an old-man face, foul odor, and heavy footsteps. The being vocalized, stared, then ran away extremely fast, after which the witness drove home and told his grandmother, who called it a wild man and advised leaving it alone.

He heard a whooping sound from the woods, then a huge hairy figure stepped sideways out of the playhouse, grunted, and quickly went over the fence. Small trees flew as something charged like a freight train, and the witness stopped it with a green laser to its eyes. Under a floodlight they saw a huge black-haired standing creature blowing through its lips, which then left, and next-day measurements suggested about nine feet tall with large footprints.

The witness returned with a friend and camped, heard footsteps by the tent at night, then walked alone across the creek on a foggy morning. He found a footprint, droppings and a dead smell, listened to heavy breathing behind a thicket for hours, heard a vocalization and a stick hitting a tree, then saw a head peering from behind a large pine. He viewed it through his rifle scope, saw teeth, then walked toward the trail as it left on two legs, and it paralleled him back toward camp.

A police officer hunting from a tree stand in East Texas saw two large wolf-like canines walking side by side upright like men. He heard a low rumbling sound he took for communication between them. After they left he climbed down, returned to his car, and has not hunted since.
