Sasquatch sighting in Kentucky (1992)
While walking out on a remote logging road after discovering flat tires, the witness confronted a black bear that kept approaching despite shouting. A large hairy biped rushed down the hill on all fours, landed in the road and slid, causing the bear to flee. The biped then stood, stared, and bluff-charged twice with loud vocalizations until the witness fled on foot and was later picked up by drivers in a pickup.

Late at night the witness and a companion were driving north on Highway 70 when headlights revealed a large animal on all fours standing in the travel lane. The witness swerved into the other lane to avoid hitting it during a few seconds of viewing. The animal was described as horse-sized with dark medium-length fur, long legs, and a flat human-like face without a snout, lowering its head to peer into the passenger window as they passed.

While hunting with his wife in the morning, the witness stopped under a powerline clearing and saw a light-colored bipedal figure emerge from the treeline about 100-150 yards away. The pair later approached the spot but found no tracks on the hard ground, though they noted a path through tall blackberry bushes where it had exited.

About 20 feet away he saw a hair-covered creature sitting asleep against an oak tree with its hands locked across its knees. He dropped back into the creek out of sight, after which the creature got up and ran east across a gravel road.

A large black, burly-bodied creature crossed the road in front of their car, moving on all fours or dragging its front limbs. It looked toward them showing a face described as similar to a Sasquatch or orangutan, then disappeared into darkness.

Two companions camping overnight were awakened by movement on rocks above camp. They listened for about 15 minutes, then watched a bipedal form cross a stream and meadow into the treeline about 200 yards away. After daylight they found a large gouge in soft earth and flattened grass, then left the area.

The witness and a relative were driving in the early evening as a storm approached. About 30 yards ahead they saw four hair-covered bipeds walking single file east across the road from dense woods on one side to dense woods on the other. The witness was riding a bicycle on a gravel road on the way home from a friend's house when something in the woods drew attention. About 100 yards away in the woods, a hair-covered creature walked perpendicular to the witness for about a minute before stopping beside a large birch tree. When the witness looked away to decide which way to run, the creature was gone, and the witness ran back to the friend's house and got a ride home.
