The witness was riding as a passenger late at night while his partner drove north on the interstate. A fast, hairy creature ran along the median, cut across in front of the vehicle, then ran alongside it and brushed the side before leaving. Both occupants watched it in the headlights for several seconds and were shocked by its speed and human-like face.

A club elder told the witness that one morning from a stand he watched a young hairy figure come out of a bottom into a grassy lane. It climbed onto a pine stump, stood up and looked and sniffed around, then dropped to all fours and returned to the bottom.
