At a gap by the woods line about 12 feet away, a tall black bipedal figure stood up, looked at the witness for about ten seconds, then turned and ran quickly into the woods with audible wide steps. The frightened witness ran home.

Shortly afterward limbs in a nearby tree shook vigorously, but the animal was not seen again.
