They drove the perimeter with night vision and a high beam and saw eyeshine high in trees near a pond. Scanning down, the witness saw a tall hair-covered figure leaning against a tree, which turned and walked away when the witness turned to alert the companion.

The witness stopped a vehicle on a rural road at night to relieve themself and noticed a strong hog-like odor. After turning on the headlights, the witness saw a tall hairy creature standing in the road about 30 yards away staring at them. After about a minute the creature walked into the adjacent woods with long strides. The witness returned the next day but found no usable tracks.

Two men driving home from night fishing in the early morning hours saw an upright animal in their headlights on the west roadside. The animal took a long step to the center line, paused and looked at the vehicle occupants, then dropped to its knuckles and swung its body to the east shoulder where it disappeared from view.

Late at night the witness went outside after dogs barked and noticed a strong foul odor. Under yard lighting he saw a tall hairy biped just beyond a nearby fence. When shouted at, it walked away upright. A relative later said she had been awakened that night by a deep growling sound.

The witness was driving late at night with a companion asleep in the car about five miles outside Watson on Highway 1. A very large white figure estimated at about seven feet tall ran across the road in front of the car from one woodline to the other under high-beam illumination. The figure moved very fast without looking toward the car and disappeared into the trees.

The guest was on a solo boar hunt and camping in a primitive lean-to in Arkansas. At night he heard a wet low huff, then a large hairy biped tore out of the brush and charged toward his camp. He hid in the brush, watched it sniff the air and look toward him, then fled on foot and returned at daylight to collect his gear and leave.

The witness then saw a very tall hair-covered creature standing behind them that hissed and splashed water toward them before the witness fled. The creature followed briefly then moved away making moaning sounds, and the witness saw a very large four-toed footprint while leaving.

They watched it for about 8-10 seconds before it disappeared. The witness estimated it was at least 6 to 7 feet tall, did not follow it out of fear, and a later return found no traces or tracks because the ground was very hard.

The witness was driving at night on a forested highway near the Oklahoma-Arkansas border when a tall, slender, hair-covered figure sprinted across the road in front of the vehicle. The figure was seen clearly in bright headlights at close range and crossed from south to north with very long strides. The witness was certain it was neither a bear nor a human.

The witness walked about 50 feet ahead and encountered a huge, tall, hairy creature kneeling. The creature chased the witness, and both individuals fled out of the woods. When they looked back, it was gone.

The creature moved over large rocks from woods on one side to woods on the other while the boat drifted past. All three watched in stunned silence and discussed the sighting afterward.

The witness was driving an 18-wheeler north on Highway 71 near the Sulphur River around 1 a.m. when headlights revealed a trunk-like shape with red shining eyes on the roadside by the water. As the truck got closer, the shape turned and walked on two legs into the swampy brush with large quick steps. As the truck passed the spot, a loud scream was heard over the engine noise with the windows closed, and the witness continued driving without stopping.

The witness was driving with a companion when a tall furry biped crossed the highway ahead in the headlights. After driving past the crossing spot, they saw a similar-sized reddish-brown furry creature standing beside the road partly obscured by branches.

The witness reported seeing a tall, stout, brown-furred creature with a non-furry face standing in a pasture surrounded by woods. The creature made a very loud noise that neighbors heard and called about, though they did not see it. Dogs barked beforehand from about a mile away and nearby cows were badly spooked.

The witness drove to a relative's house to check on dogs kept there in a fenced area. A small figure described as an adolescent bigfoot ran from the woods into the yard between the house and garage. The witness remained in the car feeling watched, saw the dogs were okay, then left out of fear.

Late at night in summer 1994, the witness was a passenger in a car returning from a performance in Missouri to a festival site near Eureka Springs. The headlights illuminated a tall, hair-covered figure standing by the south side of the highway between Beaver Lake and Eureka Springs. The figure raised its hands to cover its face from the lights, and the occupants did not stop, first thinking it was a naked person but later concluding it was tall, hairy, and not a man or bear.

The witness was riding ahead of friends on 4-wheelers and stopped at the bottom of a hill to wait. He noticed a hair-covered bipedal animal about 150 feet away reaching into tree branches. When he went to alert his friends and returned, the creature walked upright over a hill crest and out of sight. His companions did not see it.
