A large ugly female creature with a receding hairline and prominent breasts emerged, grabbed his sweatshirt behind the neck, lifted him out, carried him to a road ditch and set him down. It stared, tilted its head, then left when a car approached.

Haunted by the sight, he returned later and met an elderly local woman who already knew of his encounter. A lifelong hunter hired to remove predators used a wounded rabbit call and saw a very large wolf approach on all fours. It rose over a hill onto two legs, sniffed the air and stared at him through his scope. As he hesitated, it ran away on two legs at remarkable speed into the forest.

A couple camping together sat up after hearing something and saw a massive black wolf on all fours. It looked at them, trotted down the wood line, stopped to look back, then seemed to vanish as it turned rather than walking into the woods.

Moments later departing family friends fled her driveway saying a huge gray wolf on all fours rushed their car. She described the indoor figure as a werewolf or dog man.

A state trooper pulled over a truck for speeding and the occupants shouted about a wolf, grabbed back identification and fled. As the trooper returned to his car, a huge wolf stepped out of the woods standing on two legs and snarling. He fired three pistol shots with no effect, fled, later refused to leave his car on that road, believed it followed him, began drinking heavily and died of alcohol poisoning.

After the quarry sighting the guest met an older woman who said she had communicated with the creatures since the 1970s. Over several visits he saw two babies in her kitchen eating muffins, an eight-year-old six-and-a-half-foot female on the porch, juveniles running upright, and a huge alpha male called Papa at night. She showed a garden, fish pond, and outdoor TV and said they help on the farm and hunt far.

He lit up the cruiser and watched a seven-foot stooped figure walk behind the vehicle and out of the lights, then drove away in fear and later found nothing on return.

At about age 11 the guest followed a younger boy down a trail to a deadfall where the boy called for the Chewbacca man. Something approached making heavy breathing, a deep vocal sound, a percussive hit, and limb-breaking. The guest fled back to the house while a tall black figure ran alongside and circled ahead, stopping when he screamed for his father.

A driver caught a tall winged being with leathery skin and clawed hands in his headlights. It walked in front of a sign over eight feet tall, then crossed the road on backward-moving muscular legs and left into the woods.
