The witness and companion drove up a forest road and found a green tree about thirty feet long knocked across the road with footprints and flattened grass nearby. After whooping, they heard three tree knocks near a parked woman and then a single knock close to themselves. The woman and her husband asked about the noises and left.

The witness and his wife drove from their lodge to a scenic overlook and noticed a foot trail beside the road. Beside the trail one tree was pushed over with its root ball exposed, a sapling was snapped at a right angle and twisted, and another was bent into an arc with its top stuck in the soil. He heard impacts on a metal container, then saw a dark upright figure by the trees that crept toward him as rocks were thrown. He fled to his car, struggled to open a locked gate, then faced a much larger red-eyed figure that snapped a branch, vocalized loudly, and bluff-charged. He escaped in his car with damage to the vehicle.

In the early morning the homeowner heard loud inhaling, exhaling and stomping from the tree line behind the house while dogs reacted fearfully. After a family trip, other members heard howls and the family later saw large dark figures moving fast on the ridge and trail with trees swaying. The family found large footprints, snapped trees, log structures and arches in the woods.

Teenagers walking home late at night through a game reserve heard heavy footsteps behind them. They turned to see a tall thick bipedal creature that darted into the woods breaking limbs. They returned the next day to find broken pine saplings where it had gone through.

The witness parked an ATV and hiked alone on a trail through dense young pines. He noticed something staying still in the trees, shouted with no response, then saw a large dark mass moving through and violently shaking the trees. He fired shotgun slugs while retreating about 100 feet as the mass kept pace inside the treeline, and believes he must have hit it.

The witness's relative reported hearing an unidentified scream on a prior hunt and finding a live-oak limb shoved into the ground.

The witness was in a tree stand when he heard higher-pitched chatter and movement approaching, followed by a grunt, silence, and sounds of two things running downhill. Using his crossbow scope he saw a dark-skinned hand on an oak and then a face peering at him, later stepping into a shooting lane. After he lowered his bow the female left downhill where a loud pop and crashing was heard, and a healthy snapped tree was photographed the next morning.

Over several weeks of treatment work the crew found survey ribbons repeatedly torn off and scattered, then piled in the clearing, and later found treated trees pushed over and drill bits bent. The crew and surveyors concluded no one on the crews was responsible. The job was ended at about seventy percent complete.

The witness joined a group of about eight on a three-night expedition in southeastern Oklahoma to let the beings come to them. The group heard grunting, whistling, chatter, footsteps and close tree-breaking, had pebbles and a rock thrown, and saw large upright black shadow figures with night vision and naked eyes. One figure was seen behind a truck and one coworker was startled by movement in brush, with no one seriously hurt.

During a day and night visit the group found footprints in mud, heard deep yep sounds and monkey chatter keeping distance, saw primitive stick structures and stripped bones, and heard toddler-like cries by the river. At night they heard prolonged roars, whoops and screams, and saw a heat signature standing in a field that vanished when approached.

As youths the guest with his brother and friend built paintball forts in a small woods. They found one fort destroyed with a snapped pine and limbs thrown. Returning at night with a lantern they heard an extremely loud chest-reverberating scream and crashing through the woods, then fled.
