The same night after the field encounter the witness returned to his nearly empty house. He heard knocking and banging on the house, found his previously locked sliding glass door cracked open, then heard the same scream echoing inside for an extended period. He barricaded himself in the bedroom overnight and found the door closed with no trace in the morning.

The witness was plowing an isolated field while on the phone with his sister when he saw a large dark shape in the corn. He walked from the tractor toward it while filming, watched it stand bipedally well above the 7-8 foot corn, heard a loud rattling scream, was charged and chased back to the tractor, then watched it run back into the corn. He kept video of the distant figure and finished the field before leaving.

While bow hunting in a creek bottom the witness heard an extremely loud deep scream from several hundred yards away, after which a doe ran an odd looping route and bedded down. After dark he heard child-like giggling and overlapping chatter from about 50 yards moving through water and brush deeper into the woods. He waited until it passed, then left with a light on and an arrow nocked.

On the next night the guide went to gather firewood and heard a very loud scream approaching from thick cover. The screaming repeated about five times close up and about thirteen to fourteen times total, feeling powerful in his chest. Large footprints were reported on Feb. 6, 2005 in Red Lake, Minnesota, found along a swamp, near an elementary school, and around homes. The prints were described as about 17 inches long and 6 inches wide with a long stride, with over a hundred found. Woman-like screams were reported from the swamp area while dogs were barking around 2 a.m.

After turning on the light, they reported seeing three bipedal creatures with widely spaced orange-rimmed eyes peering through the screen, one stooping to look in. From across the bridge they heard loud screams and howls that grew closer, along with crashing and breaking branches. The witness was deer hunting alone from a ground blind in northern Minnesota. A frightened doe ran into the blind and lay down behind the witness. Shortly after, two large hairy creatures appeared on either side, one stepping briefly out of a cornfield and another showing only the top of its head in brush, vocalizing and moving around before leaving, after which the deer walked away and the witness left.

A hunter walking out after dark past a cemetery and dense pines heard a single whistle, whistled back, then heard loud screaming and tree shaking. He fled to the truck and left with his companion. The next day both returned and found pyramid-like piles and a large orange scat pile they photographed and sent to wildlife contacts who did not recognize it.
