Two nights later she heard wood-on-tree knocks and a very deep growl near the road, then later that night heard a large rock strike the house, heavy thumps in dirt, and tree-knocking from the porch couch where she stayed awake until daylight. She believes two young Sasquatch were attracted by earlier rock-throwing play with her grandson.

After shooting a deer in fall 2013, the witness left his stand to retrieve and field dress it in a ravine. While doing so he heard loud roar-like screams and howls from two unseen sources to his left and right that seemed to converge toward his position. When they left the tent with flashlights they saw large green eyes without visible pupils a short distance away on their path. Six soldiers on a night recon patrol through swamp heard an unseen presence following and circling them closely for 10-15 minutes, weaving between them even after they split into two groups. Later two soldiers in ambush position heard a loud scream-roar twice, followed by the sound of a large rotten tree falling and brush breaking. The sounds then stopped and the presence was heard leaving.
