A trapper following a drag trail found a partly eaten heifer covered with brush and large clawed tracks. That night his dogs hid in fear while unearthly screams moved away from his cabin. He sought help to hunt the animal.

After leaving a recorder in a remote logging area with controlled access, the guest reviewed audio from the third night. At about 1:15 a.m. it captured squealing like something seized, then three loud deep barrel-chested yells, another loud squeal, then two more yells, then silence.

After the others went to sleep the guest flicked on a small sink light and the cabin was immediately pounded, shaken and rocked as if lifted off its blocks, with screaming, running on the roof and rocks and brush thrown. He believed two creatures were arguing or fighting and tried unsuccessfully to wake his two friends.

While working as a deputy on swing shift, the witness came home and heard an extremely loud scream at the end of the driveway. It was described as full volume from about 20 feet away. No creature was seen during this incident.

The witness and her partner cleaned a pole barn on a mining claim. Rocks and large green branches were thrown down from a wooded ledge, preventing safe access to the truck. They used loud fireworks as a distraction to reach the truck, heard a loud scream across the creek, and were hit by a branch while leaving.

The witness walked a dog around a lake road bordered by tall woods. Something walked on two feet alongside in the woods and the dog became distressed. After turning back, a very loud scream vibrated through her and she ran to a house where others had also heard it.

After playing a wedding, the witness drove into the mountains with a recorder and stood on a road when loud calls erupted below. A nearby deer began snorting in alarm and a large heat signature moved behind him on thermal. He backed against his vehicle ready to leave.

A dirt bike rider stayed behind at steaming ground on an old landing after his companion returned to the car. A loud roar approached up the ridge, a large thick-shouldered animal moved through a clearing below, and a deer ran past unaware. The animal emerged from the treeline, rushed to within feet, stared for minutes, then walked away while the witness remained frozen.
Silhouette
Two companions driving up toward the mountain with windows down saw a dark silhouette step out on the driver's side. As they passed, something screamed at them louder than a human and unlike a bear. They stopped and looked back but could not see into the foliage.

After moving back to the area the family repeatedly heard a woman-like scream from the woods, prompting a 911 call. The next morning the dog refused to enter the tree line and the witness smelled a horrendous odor. On other nights a large bipedal presence was sensed in the tree line and something slapped the trailer.

A hunting guide and a young client spotted a Sasquatch below some mule deer. The client fired despite being told not to, wounding the smaller one. A larger one charged, jammed rifle failed, and the guide fled after seeing it tear the client apart. Authorities were said to have recovered body parts and recorded it as a [name withheld] attack.

The witness and a research partner drove into a gravel road below the picnic area armed with shotguns. After a loud scream at the truck, they turned around in a field and were charged by three large creatures. They faced off at close range with guns shouldered while the creatures screamed loudly, then the largest led the others back into the brush and the men fled.

Two men parked on a ridge road to call coyotes with a dying-rabbit call. Something immediately screamed from across thick cutover and charged straight toward them, creating a visible wake in the brush. They scrambled into the truck, struggled to start it while it screamed and shook the windows, then drove fast to a locked gate and escaped.

During a fall camping excursion near a major park, the team placed a recorder deep in forest to avoid human noise. It captured a one-off loud scream around 2 a.m. after rain had cleared other campers. The witness felt no person could have made it and likened it to a hominid.

Alone up a river the witness followed a fresh game trail past a foul-smelling marked tree, then heard a loud scream below and movement above in thick jungle. He retreated into the creek as three creatures surrounded him, talking with clicks, showing dog-like eyeshine, and moving as shadows. In the last light one four-and-a-half to five-foot silhouette with long arms squatted at the water's edge staring before bolting when a laser pointer hit it, and he floated downstream to camp.
Movement only in Florida
The witness and friends were invited to a house for what was described as a prayer ceremony for family turmoil. In a window-sealed dark room a bound medicine man lay on a blanket with offerings while drumming, singing, shakers, flapping like a bird, a small green light, eating sounds, and a scream or children playing were heard. When lights returned the blanket was strewn, food was missing, and the man was unbound, and hours had passed unnoticed.
Chatter
On a day scouting trip the group followed a possible trail to a structure and left a drop-box recorder in a tree at 3 p.m. Audio review later revealed unusual chatter and activity. That night a hike produced distant screams and a large parabolic at camp recorded bipedal walking.
Sasquatch sighting
A hunter in a deer stand shot a creature which fell, got up, screamed, and ran to a nearby sandbar screaming in pain. A larger gorilla-like one and two or three others came out, broke its neck, tore it apart, and ate parts including an entire arm. The hunter stayed in the stand for hours before fleeing.
