Late at night while preparing for bed, the witness heard a very loud and frightening scream lasting about 22 minutes. The sound was compared to a published recording of alleged Bigfoot sounds and was described as seeming to come from two separate animals. No visual contact was reported.

The witness and a companion were camped overnight on a high ridgeline after a backpacking trip. Around 1 a.m. the witness awoke and heard a loud moan-like sound rise up the western canyon to a scream-like crescendo, repeated minutes later, followed by a fainter similar sound from the eastern canyon. No animal was seen, and the companion awoke to hear the third sound.

While outside the truck, the witness heard a loud screech followed by fast, heavy impacts like large bipedal steps approaching down a slope. The witness fled down the mountain and left the area after daylight.

While glassing the brush-covered mountainside in gray light, he heard a very loud booming scream from several hundred yards upslope that he compared to a woman screaming. He first wondered if someone was playing a trick, but the steep terrain, darkness and dense brush unnerved him and he left the area immediately.

She watched six large hairy bipedal creatures enter the cove, with the largest male pulling seaweed from the water for the females to chew and rub on themselves.
