Several tracks found by hunter near Lewiston Lake
While deer hunting, the witness found many large tracks and followed them to a hidden hillside spring in a dry area. The water was murky as if recently disturbed, and the witness also found dung with an unusual sweet smell that was collected for testing. No creature was seen, but the witness believed he had just missed it.
Sasquatch sighting near High Palm, California (1994)
While visiting family property, the witness and her partner found a very large human-shaped scat pile containing fruit pits. Later that evening while bathing alone, she saw a head with eyes watching her through a small high window and spoke to it thinking it was her partner. The next day no chair or woodpile was found that could explain someone seeing in, as the window was seven to eight feet off the ground.
Daytime sighting by hiker on La Jolla Indian Reservation
The witness was walking along a creek-side sandy path looking for animal tracks and entered a small meadow. Feeling as if watched, the witness turned and saw a large brown bipedal creature squatted on the path. The creature stood, moved quickly and silently up a brushy embankment and disappeared. The witness then found a single dark stool on the path where the creature had been.
Vocalization near Orleans, California
New owners of an abandoned property began hearing screams nightly and having trash bags taken from the porch and sorted in a bush by color and type. The female resident reported dark hairy figures throwing twigs, candy bait disappearing from rat traps, and large grass impressions. The guest saw the trackway and droppings and set a camcorder that allegedly captured the theft before his notes and tapes were stolen in a break-in.

A year later the witness returned to the same site, saw nothing, but collected a small piece of scat thought to possibly be from the animals.

While working in the same woods before the sighting, the witness found large human-like tracks in wet mud, a foul odor, and very large fresh scat.
Man has interesting experiences outside of La Porte
During extended thesis fieldwork in remote mountain country, the witness found a set of human-like footprints in fine silt on a meander of Upper Slate Creek, noting dermal ridges, five even-length toes, a square shape and no instep, with a 20-inch stride noted in follow-up. Three pieces of mottled brown feces with a faint odor were found with the prints. No creature was seen and no other person was present for this find.

The witness reported finding pinion pines with tops broken off, prints with and without claws, and many scat piles on a recent weekend outing.

A couple of mornings after the night pursuit the group found a very large scat pile near a tent on the hillside above camp.
