An older woman living alone reported repeated nighttime disturbances around her yard, barn and livestock. A responding officer documented a ripped chicken coop, dents on the barn, a partial handprint, and heard shuffling in the tree line. After the case file, photos and dispatch recordings disappeared and officials told him to drop the case, he was forced to resign.

The witness and a companion arrived at a house at night and heard repeated loud moans. After the witness called back, nearby trees shook and dogs barked in succession. A grayish two-legged figure then ran quickly across a field with long strides and dropped behind vegetation. Shortly after, metal clanking was heard and lawn furniture was found displaced.

Late at night the witness heard a very large bipedal animal moving through snowy woods to the woodline, breaking branches and small trees, but could see nothing despite moonlight. After listening with his wife from an upstairs window, he searched in the morning and reported large humanlike tracks, a crushed fence, and a dismembered deer with legs stacked by a sitting impression. While photographing the scene, he says a thrown stick struck his head, prompting him to run to the house.

The witness and relatives reported finding two sets of large four-toed footprints in snow that crossed residential yards. The witness found about a 20-foot section of another neighbor's metal-post chain-link fence pulled straight up out of the ground with concrete still attached, leaning toward the road rather than inward. The neighbor later rebuilt it topped with concertina wire.

The witness was asked to check a woman's claim of a demon in her attic bedroom. During a daytime visit with a friend and a photographer, the woman duplicated his drawing exactly, an invisible barrier blocked him from entering the attic, the air turned cold, her eyes turned solid white, and he fled. Returning about ten days later, the house was gone and replaced by a gravel lot, and a neighbor said it had been torn down four years earlier.

Three people camping overnight near a creek reported prolonged howling in the evening and a close loud scream during the night. Through the night they heard movement around the tents, sticks hitting trees, branches breaking, and had objects disturbed including a tent stake pulled out. They also reported white eyeshine, a pungent odor, a dark figure seen in the treeline after daylight, and footprints and torn branches found in the morning.

Two brothers were camping overnight in a popup camper while on a grouse hunting trip. In the middle of the night the camper was shaken several times, prompting one witness to go outside with a flashlight. He heard something walking in the timber but saw nothing when he shone the light, then after returning inside heard a series of loud whoops from a distance.

On a Friday night during an archery-hunt camping trip, the witness and a relative sat by the campfire while two unseen presences circled the camp, breaking branches, pacing, and making heavy footsteps. Small rocks and sticks were then thrown into camp, including a softball-sized rock that landed nearby, followed by impacts on a food box and the trailer. Others sheltering in the trailer also heard footsteps, breaking branches, impacts, and a heavy sigh, and later a branch-like object was dragged across the trailer roof.
Elk hunters experience strange events while at camp
While camped for an elk hunt, the witness was asleep in a staked tent when he felt it being steadily dragged. He stayed still without turning on a light and heard no footsteps or breathing as the movement stopped. At daylight he found the tent shifted outward with stakes pulled, no tears or tooth marks, and an old elk jaw lying at the doorway.

On a summer night in 2008 the witness was night-fishing by a dam near family cabins when he heard rhythmic splashes crossing the shallow river about 100 feet away and felt intense fear, abandoning his gear to hide in a nearby cabin. Around the same night a relative sitting on a cabin deck smelled a strong death-like odor, heard movement on the stairs and under the cabin, and felt the cabin rock hard enough to knock a VCR and tape rack over. The two compared accounts the next morning on the drive home and concluded the cause was a bigfoot, keeping it to themselves.

A large dark silhouette appeared at the closed bedroom window, swaying as if trying to see inside, and remained for several minutes despite the TV volume being raised. The next morning she and her daughter found large five-toed footprints in snow by the walkway.

Two companions were camping by a slough around 1 a.m. when loud whooping and moaning calls were heard from about 30 feet behind them and then repeated louder and closer. Their small dog cowered in the tent and stayed silent. They fled in their vehicle leaving gear behind, and the next day found the tent open, food missing, bedding disturbed, and a large unidentified footprint nearby.

The witness was asleep at home and was awakened in the middle of the night by her rabbit's kennel being rattled on the front porch. From bed she saw a large dark hairy figure standing off the porch and looking in the window for an extended stare. Her dogs remained silent and still, and the figure left when she tried to wake her husband, who saw nothing.

The witness was camping alone at night reading in a chair when a loud branch snap was heard nearby. Gas cans and other items behind a shed were knocked over as something large moved a short distance through trees and stopped across a creek. The witness's dogs cowered at the trailer door and the witness retreated inside with a feeling of being watched.

The witness was camping overnight in the front yard with several children when rocks rolled into camp and loud howls were heard. Around 3 a.m. something heavy approached on two feet with a strong animal odor, bumped the witness's tent, then lifted and shook a child's occupied tent before running back into the woods.

The grandfather was walking the perimeter of a family property and stopped by a creek where he encountered an intensely foul odor described as rotten meat and body odor. He found droppings in the middle of a large fallen tree bridging the creek where he doubted elk could have left them, and later noted apples and chokecherries were missing from trees that wildlife normally does not fully strip. The grandfather's dogs were unusually apprehensive, and the submitter suggested the odor came from a bigfoot.

The witness was camping overnight in a tent with two companions. Around 4 a.m. the witness woke to loud heavy footsteps moving away from camp and found the tent door half open with a damaged zipper. The witness searched with a spotlight, saw no one, and noted the steps stopped while a foul odor like dirty feet and urine lingered. Earlier that night the group had heard loud screaming and growling amid barking dogs.

Early in the morning the witness took the dog out to the end of the driveway before work. The dog alerted toward the treeline, then the witness heard a loud howl and wood-on-wood sounds very close and glimpsed a figure by a tree. After going back inside and leaving again, the witness heard footsteps in the dark and saw a huge dark upright figure moving along the fence and driveway by a pond, later noticing a foul odor and disturbed leaves in the area.
