The witness and a companion were fishing at night under a river bridge when they found a fresh human-like track in the mud. They then heard loud roars ending in screams, heavy movement and thudding from across the river, had rocks thrown toward them, and heard splashing and grunting as they left. At the truck they found river mud spattered on the vehicle with a strong foul odor.

Over several months the household noticed episodic skunk-like odors, distinct tree knocks, grunts and owl-like mimicry, nightly dog barking and motion lights tripping. The creature backed away and bolted for the nearby treeline when another truck's lights appeared, and the witness later left trucking after being ridiculed.
