Young men have frightening vocalization incident near Stones River
The witness and two companions hiked a horse trail along a river at night. They heard repeated loud branch breaks that seemed to follow them as they tried to leave. At the base of a bluff area they heard an extremely loud scream that echoed down the river, then ran to a nearby house where they heard the scream again from the woods.

While driving a rental on a curvy road near a campground west of Greenville, the guest and his partner watched a large hairy biped step from a yard toward the road between their car and a following maroon car, which swerved into a ditch. The large one crossed in two steps and scrambled up a steep embankment where two smaller similar figures were seen from behind walking away. Both occupants saw colors and smelled a strong odor, and the following family also reacted.

Driving near home by Norris Lake with her young son after an ER visit, a woman nearly hit a creature crossing the road that then stood at the front of the car while the boy pointed and said monster. She reported a rotten-egg skunk-like smell and prior signs it had looked in windows at the boy. She later moved to Knoxville feeling unsafe.

A tall hairy creature carrying a black trash bag stepped over a guardrail into the headlights and stood watching the van for 30 to 40 seconds. It then crossed the road in a few long steps, went over the far guardrail into the woods, leaving a putrid odor.
