A few years after the canoe trip, while taking garbage to the curb in winter before joining family up north, the witness saw a basketball-sized blue light with static-like appearance descend to chest level. It passed about 15 to 20 feet away, zigzagged through a grove of pine trees, and disappeared. The witness was bewildered but not frightened.
Growl
A friend stepped outside to smoke, heard a low guttural growl, and saw something run rapidly away through darkness.
Scream near Philpott, Kentucky
While caring for the uncle's dogs, the witness walked between the garage and house and was screamed at loudly from the woodline. The scream shook him and was followed by loud crashing as something ran away downhill through the woods.
Growl in Texas
Two women who worked for the Forest Service went in to check trails in a scenic deep-woods area. They realized something was following and flanking them to the right, as in the guest's experience. Near the parking area they heard a deep growl unlike any known animal that terrified them but they did not run, and one later called the guest to report it.
Movement only in California
About a week before the main night, the witness saw something large dart past on all fours and assumed a mountain lion. He fetched a coworker and they observed a heat signature looking around a tree with a thermal scope, and the witness fired a crossbow arrow that hit a nearby tree. The coworker quit the next day without explanation.
Sasquatch sighting near Lipan, Texas
Two months earlier the witness found something digging under a tree near the shop, then it ran down the road into the woods.

A relative and a companion were followed through the woods by an unseen presence that stopped and ran with them.

The companion heard loud rustling behind the cabin and then a loud bat-like strike on a tree from the woods on Sunday morning.

Late in the 2002 season near the creek between the roads, the group heard a loud low roar that vibrated the chest and heard something walking unseen.

Later that season at dusk, the witness's relative waiting alone reported a large animal approaching behind, fleeing across the road and creek, then growling with a horrible smell.
Tree break
On opening evening near the creek stand, the witness and a relative heard a tree crash, scraping, blowing, and movement passing between stands without seeing the source.
Dogman sighting in Tennessee
While driving home from a night shift along a river road in the early morning, the witness saw a solid black figure emerge and chase the car on all fours with audible breathing and claws. The witness drove faster, saw green eyeshine in the taillights, and followed it for about two miles until it turned off into an old field. The witness could not identify the animal and wondered about a dogman-like creature.
Footsteps in Virginia
While walking a couple miles through mountain woods with a small dog, the witness repeatedly heard sticks cracking and leaves rustling off to the side and behind for about half a mile. The dog kept stopping and looking toward the sounds, but the witness saw nothing. At the time it was assumed to be deer or bear.
Whoop
While playing a baby-crying recording from a phone near a thermal tent, the group began hearing whoops at a distance that continued for about 40 minutes and seemed to move closer and change position and pattern. A loud crash in brush was also heard. When the phone died and the sound stopped, everything went silent.
Movement only
While sitting inside an old wooden abandoned building on the property at night in the rain, the group saw a bright light bobbing and moving toward them from across a ravine, thought to look like a headlamp. The light then went out. A thermal scan of the area showed nothing.

While hunting with a friend, the witness sensed something moving in a circle around them and making noise without being seen.
Sasquatch sighting in Oregon
The witness parked an ATV and hiked alone on a trail through dense young pines. He noticed something staying still in the trees, shouted with no response, then saw a large dark mass moving through and violently shaking the trees. He fired shotgun slugs while retreating about 100 feet as the mass kept pace inside the treeline, and believes he must have hit it.
UFO sighting near Ogima, Minnesota
At age 11 the witness was riding his bike to a lake on a clear windy day when the wind and sounds suddenly stopped. He saw a smooth silver metallic disc overhead that tilted to show an edge like a cigar and then departed instantly across miles of sky. The wind and sounds resumed seconds later and he continued to go swimming.

The witness was walking with his mother and brother through an alley in their small village when a light circular wind passed through. The witness was lifted higher than a two-story building and hung weightless while his mother feared he would fall. After repeating no three times, he drifted over a road and was gently lowered to the ground.
Sasquatch sighting near Cooke County
The night before the main sighting, the group felt watched while fishing, heard a loud screeching roar, saw trees moving and something plowing through them, then fled to the truck.
