The witness and a hunting companion were about to start a nighttime hunt when they heard an unfamiliar loud scream. The sound appeared to move rapidly away, shifting from nearby to much farther within seconds while crashing through brush. Frightened despite being accustomed to the dark, the pair left without seeing the source and returned to their truck.

Shortly after 1:30 a.m., the witness and two companions heard screaming and metal being torn near junked cars below an old railbed. A very large presence came up the steep bank and stood close enough for its breath to be felt, accompanied by a foul odor. When the group fled toward the road it chased them with audible footsteps before stopping at the brush, and a heavy station wagon nearby was later found overturned and torn apart.

Three teenagers were camping by a fire near a pine grove on a farm property. They heard intermittent branch-breaking and movement approaching and receding, then a single loud inhuman scream. They fled to the house without seeing anything and reported no odor or sense of being followed.

In March 2014 while staying at a cabin with four companions, the witness went alone to a nearby meadow after dark to look at stars. The witness heard bipedal footsteps approaching up the slope, called out twice with no reply, and the steps paused then stopped at the lane edge. As the witness walked back past that spot, brush shuffled as if something turned to watch, but all companions were still inside and had heard nothing.

One evening around dusk the witness sat locked out on the front porch of the parents' wooded house. A very large hair-covered biped approached to about 40-50 yards, paused and stared with glowing red eyes for about half a minute, then ran away rapidly breaking branches. The next morning large footprints were found in wet driveway dirt but were washed away by rain before they could be photographed.

While deer hunting from an old road overlooking a clearing, the witness heard loud crashing moving down through a cedar thicket over about ten minutes. A black, bipedal figure then stepped out and walked quickly across the clearing. The witness left without checking for tracks, and a companion later reported loose scat with grass and hair in the crossing area.

Five people drove to a rural spot at night to hang out. After dogs in a hollow below barked then fell suddenly silent, the group heard movement in brush and saw a tall fur-covered figure stand at the hill edge making huffing sounds. When the driver turned on the car headlights the figure covered its face and moved behind trees as the group fled in the car.

The witness and a companion were bowhunting deer from separate ground positions near a creek and swamp. The witness heard quiet rustling behind a small hill, then a large tree shook violently and a loud roar/scream sounded. The witness fled to the truck, met waiting officers, and returned with them to retrieve the companion, who had also heard the scream and seen deer flee. The group left the woods together without explanation for the sound.

In fall 1987 the witness was archery hunting with a relative in Michigan when wood-on-wood knocking was heard to the west. About 15 minutes later a nearby small pine shook violently from side to side with no animal visible. The witness left the area for lunch shortly afterward and noted no odor.

The witness reports recurring nighttime activity over many years at her parents' wooded property. She and others hear footsteps pacing them along the tree line, loud crashing movement, screeching sounds and cracking noises, often accompanied by a strange smell. Family members and visitors have also reported red eyeshine and ape-like figures, and large footprints were found in snow. An investigator later visited, interviewed family members and noted unusual stick and vegetation features in the woods.

While kayaking a long stretch of river in northwest Florida near dusk, the witness heard moaning to yelling sounds and smelled a strong musky odor. Rocks were thrown from the treeline toward the water and near the kayak, while sticks and trees were heard breaking. The witness also heard coyotes and loud unidentified sounds suggesting animals fighting, felt followed for much of the trip, and never saw the source.

While night-fishing beside a canal in the Everglades with his parents as a young child, the witness heard something pacing back and forth in dense vegetation behind them. His father threw a piece of coral, shone a spotlight, and shouted, but the movement continued without any visible source or response. Frightened by the persistent, methodical pacing, the family fled in their car without breaking down their fishing rods.

The witness and a companion were walking a dirt trail by a canal to find a bass spot while looking down to avoid snakes. They saw large brown legs cross the trail ahead and noticed branches rustling in a nearby group of trees, which the witness attributed to a sasquatch watching them. Scared, they backed away slowly and left the area.
Man has repeated visits at family farm
In early fall 1980 around 7 p.m., the witness was in the kitchen after feeding horses while his wife brought in laundry. Both heard screaming near the corral gate, the wife ran inside frightened and horses fled, and the witness glimpsed a very tall dark furry figure moving through a lit patch while it screamed and made clicking growling noises before he went back inside and locked doors.

The witness describes ongoing strange activity around his cabin property, including something rising up and swaying near brush. On another occasion a companion shouted that a man-like figure was walking toward the back near the canyon.
Eyeshine
The witness says he and a companion were coon hunting at night when he felt watched. He saw bright eyeshine that blinked and turned in a tree, then something crashed down through brush toward sandbars to the west.
Movement only in Texas
During the day the group split on a trail to look for prints while trying to stay quiet. They suddenly heard a loud crash like a truck driving through the woods nearby. The witnesses concluded it was not made by their own split group.
Wood knock in Texas
On Friday night the group heard vocals from multiple directions. After dropping a 4x4 board to mimic knocks, the surrounding area erupted in sound. Walking up the trail, they heard something step out and shake a large tree very close and heard bipedal footsteps hit the mud, then backed out.
Movement only in Texas
On Thursday night while three men sat by a vehicle, something crashed quickly through thick brush, flanked across the road and behind them. The witness followed the local guide into the treeline and a large log was thrown end-over-end toward them, hitting a tree. On leaving they found a log deliberately placed across the road where the thing had crossed and heard distant chatter and howls.
Sasquatch sighting
Less than an hour after men chased the creatures, the witness watched the forest from an upstairs window with a night vision scope. She saw eyes in a thicket, a massive back low-crawling, then multiple shapes moving, estimating five or six individuals, including a smaller one rocking in a tree with its mouth open as if vocalizing.
