Nighttime sighting by motorists near Turkey Run State Park

A couple driving at night with their child came upon a tall dark-haired figure walking in a gully alongside the highway. They passed it slowly and viewed it peripherally for about ten seconds, noting its height above the van and its large jawed face. They continued driving and later stopped to recover and discuss what they had seen.
