Sasquatch sighting near Spring City, Utah (2023)
At dusk the witness and her mother saw a bear-like shape near the ranch house stand up into a very tall bipedal creature. The group confronted it, heard loud hissing and a loud bellow-whoop as it quickly climbed a rock face and disappeared. The next day measurements suggested 10 to 12 feet tall, with a heavy foot impression and dark hair found in the area.

The witness and family members were settling to sleep in their trailer at a campground late at night when they heard a distant but distinct whooping-howl sound lasting about 30 seconds. The witness stated that family members also heard it and that it matched a sound previously heard on a website. The family dog did not bark or become upset.

The witness was family camping below Huntington Reservoir. Late at night on two consecutive nights, the witness and their father sat by the campfire and heard long moaning howls repeating for over an hour. The sounds seemed to come from a distant opposite ridge from at least two different directions.

After returning to camp toward dusk the couple heard howl-like sounds circling and closing in, built a fire, and the husband on a wood run saw large widely spaced yellow eyes of something crouched nearby. They kept the fire and tried to sleep. In the morning while hiking to the main trail something flanked them on the right sounding like three bipeds while their normally barky dog stayed silent.

Two companions on a multi-night archery hunting and camping trip heard a loud repeated yell/scream approaching their camp late at night. After driving to investigate and hearing it from closer range, they returned to find it within about a hundred yards, also hearing walking and stick-breaking nearby. Frightened, they hastily packed their tent and left the area by truck in the early morning without ever seeing the source.

Two companions on a fishing and camping trip at Round Lake heard several loud, powerful howling moans from heavy timber below their overlook after sunset. The witness said the sounds did not resemble any coyote, wolf, human, or other animal familiar to him. Later that night something large moved through their camp, and the next morning horseback riders they met said something had spooked their horses overnight.

The witness went with family at night to watch the ranch from a hill after getting directions at a gas station. They heard close coyotes, saw blue fog spread over the fields, later saw carousel-like lights in the sky and a fighter jet, and on roads nearby saw house dogs walking with a coyote. Security spotlight and guards chased them from the gate.
