The witness was plowing an isolated field while on the phone with his sister when he saw a large dark shape in the corn. He walked from the tractor toward it while filming, watched it stand bipedally well above the 7-8 foot corn, heard a loud rattling scream, was charged and chased back to the tractor, then watched it run back into the corn. He kept video of the distant figure and finished the field before leaving.

The witness drove to a bear bait station in the early morning and paused at a trail fork. A large gray-white creature crossed the trail about 50-60 yards away and continued through brush toward the bait site, with loud bipedal footsteps heard for several seconds. A witness and a relative were carrying camping gear to canoes in the afternoon when they heard an extremely loud bellow followed by muffled talking-like sounds. The witness retrieved a shotgun and moved toward a river point while the relative watched from the canoes. The witness heard heavy footsteps and brush movement heading toward the rapids but saw nothing, and found dry crossing rocks with no splashing. He concluded whatever made the sounds must have leapt rock to rock to cross.

No tracks were found on hard ground but the path through the brambles was clearly visible.

The witness and a companion were anchored in a boat at night hearing loud bipedal footsteps approach through riverside woods. He switched on bright boat headlights and saw a very large, dark, hairy ape- and human-like figure at the tree line about 20 to 30 feet away that looked shocked and tried to hide behind a cottonwood. The witness panicked, pulled anchor and fled, later revisiting to estimate the figure was at least a foot to a foot and a half taller than himself with massive girth.

The witness then saw the upper half of the figure as it stood and walked away toward dense trees and a ravine, later finding large five-toed footprints in a creek bed. A tall, thick, long-haired biped stopped about 30 yards away for several seconds, gave a very loud howl, then rapidly retreated through thick swamp while breaking vegetation and howled again while moving away to the southwest. The frightened witness ran to the car and later said the experience ended his hunting in that area.
