Walking out after dark he heard a loud guttural growl, movement in brush, rapid chatter-like vocalizations, a human-like whistle on one side and a low hoof-like reply on the other. He walked quickly to meet his friend and left equipment to retrieve by truck.

The guest returned to his feeding cooler without food and found it open and upside down. While walking back he heard chimp-like noises, running sounds on both sides, and pine cones landing around him. A loud scream behind him like a lion turning to elephant to woman shook him, knocked him down, and made him vomit before he drove home.
