The witness was driving east late at night when a tall, dark, hairy figure crossed the road in a few strides. After slowing and stopping, the witness watched it from behind as it walked up a bank toward the treeline, swinging an arm and showing shiny hair over its whole body. Frightened it might turn, the witness drove away and later learned others had reported similar sightings at the same farm.

The witness was awakened after 2 a.m. by a loud whooping and howling sound believed to come from the direction of a nearby river. The vocalization continued for about 15 minutes during otherwise quiet conditions, then was heard again briefly farther away. The witness was driving at night with high beams when a blueish-grey tailless creature crossed the road in front of the car, initially on all fours or bent over with its hindquarters high. On reaching the far side it stood erect and continued running bipedally into the woods, glancing toward the car and showing a flat pale face with large eyes. The companion in the car was asleep and did not see it.

No creature was seen.

The witness was riding east on a highway with his wife driving when he spotted a tall upright creature in a field south of the road. The creature looked toward the road and then moved southeast toward trees as they passed. His wife also saw it briefly after he pointed it out, while their daughter did not look up. The witness camped overnight in a tent at a shelter along the Allegheny Trail. At dawn he was awakened by stones clacking together that moved back and forth north to south for an extended period. Shortly after the clacking stopped, he felt and heard heavy footsteps approach from behind the shelter and step on a plastic tarp beside it. He shouted from inside the tent, after which he heard no further movement.

In May/June 2012 around 10:30 p.m. the witness and a relative heard a loud guttural vocalization outside the home. They went to the porch and watched a large dark furry animal low to the ground run on all fours past a neighboring home, triggering motion lights. Coyotes vocalized shortly afterward, and another relative later said the sound had awakened them.

Late in the evening the witness was sitting by an outdoor fire near a pasture when she noticed a head-and-shoulders outline above tall weeds to her side and heard a slight noise from that direction. She then saw a small limestone rock rolling nearby, which alarmed her because no natural cause was apparent, and she went inside. The next morning she found sticks, corn stalks and dirt clods in the driveway but nothing explaining the shape.

The witness and a relative were bow-hunting for turkey and had set decoys and a blind before stopping for lunch. The witness noticed a figure squatting at a trailhead across a field and alerted the relative. Both watched it stand, turn, and walk away into the woods down a slope toward the river, grabbing an overhead branch as it left. Afterwards they went to the spot and used the height of the grabbed branch to estimate the figure at about eight feet tall.

In June 2012 the witness was awakened at home by a relative who reported loud whisper-like sounds around the house. The witness then heard the sounds, described as loud whispering resembling unintelligible foreign language or gibberish. The witness checked inside the house with a flashlight to rule out an intruder, after which the sounds stopped and nothing was found.

In the early afternoon the witness and companions were walking down an old logging road when they heard strange whistling, gurgling pig-like sounds and trees shaking nearby. The witness approached to about 30 feet and saw the back of a light beige, clean-haired figure with darker face and hands holding trees, which then struck trees, turned away, and ran off on all fours while whistling continued from across the road. Companions farther away heard the whistles, thuds and thrashing but did not see the figure.

The next day she found nothing at the fence that could explain the shape, and her dog behaved unusually restless after being let outside.
