At 4:30 a.m. at a Salt Fork campout, a woman woke to coyotes yipping, went to the outhouse with her father, recorded video for eye shine, then snapped a cell photo in total darkness. The photo showed bright beams through leaves illuminating the ground, though she saw and heard no helicopter or light at the time.

Driving near home by Norris Lake with her young son after an ER visit, a woman nearly hit a creature crossing the road that then stood at the front of the car while the boy pointed and said monster. An avid outdoorsman fishing at night with his wife heard screams from the back end of a lake in Jackson County. He abandoned tackle, rods, chairs, lanterns and a grill with catfish cooking, fled with his wife in the truck and never returned. He later moved counties away and cried recounting the event.
Sasquatch sighting near Mercer, Pennsylvania
The witness was driving home from the midnight shift on Route 62 toward Mercer in the early morning. He saw a giant tan-brown biped walking up the roadside with its back to him. His coworker ahead saw the same figure on the opposite side of the road, while coworkers behind saw nothing.

He knelt and put his shotgun in its midsection but did not fire when it backed off, then it screamed, circled the camp throwing trees, iron-ore rocks and dirt while they kept a bonfire burning until early morning.

A man who had been drinking pulled over to sleep in the back seat with the car running. He woke to something pulling the door handle and saw a large dog-like head with black fur and an elongated snout breathing on the window. He scrambled to the driver's seat and drove home, later finding saliva on the window.

Fifteen-year-old twin brothers went swimming in a pond when something grabbed each of them underwater. They escaped to shore and watched a hairy arm take a stroke above the surface before disappearing. They noticed a brief musty smell and never discussed it again until telling the guest.

The guest's stepdaughter woke around 2am at her aunt's house and saw two red eyes looking in the open bedroom window, blinking for about two minutes. She woke her friend who also saw them before they disappeared without sound. The guest later checked and found the window ledge over six feet high, implying something at least seven feet tall.
