Later from the porch he heard a loud tree strike, saw movement running between houses, and next day found torn coyote remains and heard fences were down and dogs missing.

During a fall camping excursion near a major park, the team placed a recorder deep in forest to avoid human noise. It captured a one-off loud scream around 2 a.m. after rain had cleared other campers. The witness felt no person could have made it and likened it to a hominid.

An agent hiking detained individuals up a ridge at dusk heard brush breaking below and saw a large bipedal beast pushing through tall brush with its arms. The creature's head and shoulders were above six to eight foot brush. The agent and the group fled uphill until the creature was no longer visible.

The witness met a group of land-management environmental workers on the mountaintop who said they believed three Sasquatch-type creatures were in the area. They described the group as two adults and a juvenile based on track finds including very small and very large prints.

The guest's visiting aunt slept in the daughter's room with the window open. Around two in the morning after using the bathroom, she heard something walk to the window, press on the screen, and take deep breaths. She did not look and remained frightened.

One December evening the guest noticed the uncovered kitchen window looked smoky gray all over instead of glossy black while his daughter washed dishes. When she left, the gray shape stepped aside. Next morning he found tracks about twelve feet from the window and a broken shingle with a tennis-ball-sized stone where his bedroom wall had been struck overnight.

It later peeked from behind a tree about ten feet away before withdrawing. Next morning he found a track and a freshly split tree where it stood.
