The witness was riding a four-wheeler on private property to handle trail cameras near dusk. After topping a ridge and shutting off the vehicle, the witness saw a tall hairy biped about 30 feet away running away and knocking over a small tree. The witness heard crashing sounds during the flight and noticed a faint musky smell afterward.

The witness was alone at home at night and stepped onto the porch after a relative reported screams nearby. During a nighttime paranormal investigation, two people walked to a tree clump in open fields after hearing about a sighting the night before. After making whoop and howl sounds and hearing possible distant replies, they watched a tall dark human-like silhouette peer from behind a tree 30-40 yards away and sway side to side for several minutes. When they tried to approach, the figure disappeared, and checking the tree revealed nothing to explain what they had seen.

The witness was driving a morning bus route past a horse pasture when he noticed two upright, hair-covered figures where he did not expect trees. One figure was standing and the other was kneeling or squatting, both with their backs to the road. He noted brownish hair, pointed heads with no visible neck, and large muscular builds. Something stepped over a nearby fence and approached with heavy footsteps, then breathed, sniffed and pressed down on the top of the blind. He watched two large hairy bipeds jog past within 25 yards, moving side by side and repeatedly looking behind them. They disappeared into trees by a pond in under 10 seconds, and later searches found no sign.

The witness was riding a motorcycle east on KY 8 after leaving a friend's house and slowed for a bend known for deer crossings. A small bipedal creature crossed from the oncoming lane into his lane, and he swerved to miss it by less than a foot. He stopped past the crossing point, turned to aim his headlight on it, and watched it enter thick brush beside the road.

The witness had parked his truck on a ridge road before dawn to deer hunt. After hearing coyotes, he got back in the truck and then saw a tall hair-covered human-like figure emerge from the woods beside the truck. The figure paused facing the truck, then walked around it and left down the point out of sight. The witness stayed in the truck until daylight, then found skid marks where it descended but no footprints.

The witness and his son were deer hunting from a blind in darkness before dawn. After the son woke the sleeping witness, they heard something large moving fast through brush behind the blind. It screamed, stomped hard enough to shake the ground, snapped limbs, and grunted and growled before leaving quickly. The pair then left the area immediately.

The witness was driving with family at night after leaving a resort when a deer ran across the road. Immediately afterward a large upright creature ran along the roadside beside the van, apparently chasing the deer, and looked toward the vehicle before dropping back and disappearing out of the headlights. The witness turned around to recheck but saw nothing. A son in the back seat also saw the creature.

The witness returned to the site of a large footprint found the previous day to take photographs. He banged sticks together for about ten minutes to try to provoke a response. Immediately after one knock he heard an extremely loud high-pitched scream or roar that frightened him. He ran down a steep brushy hill back to the house without looking back.

Two people walking up a marshy hollow came to a split in the stream and found a large mud impression beside a rock on the island. The impression was estimated at about 14 inches long and photographed with a boot for scale. The finder was uncertain whether toe-like shapes were real or imagined.

Right at daybreak they heard a loud sustained sound described as a combined howl, yell and growl three times, lasting about 30 seconds each, with coyotes vocalizing between the sounds. The witness was certain the main sound was not a coyote and both were frightened enough to leave.

The witness was driving behind a pickup while taking a child to school before daylight when a tall, dark, bipedal figure ran across the road closely in front of the lead truck. The witness saw its full silhouette in the lead truck's headlights as it continued into roadside woods. The child also reacted to seeing something, and the lead driver was believed to have braked for it.
Witness recounts sighting in yard near Edmonton
The witness said he went outside at night with a flashlight and a handgun after suspecting someone was stealing gas from his truck. About 20 yards away he noticed an unusual bush-like shape that stood up to about 8 feet tall, showing a pale ring around its face and reddish-brown body hair, with red eye reflection. After holding gazes briefly, the figure turned and walked out of the yard past an empty house and up the street out of sight.

The witness was alone in a remote primitive cabin just after dark on a mid-October evening when she heard repeated loud knocking sounds for 15-20 minutes and then gravel hitting the tin roof. She saw nothing outside and stayed inside with a gun until her husband returned. Her husband later fired guns into the woods and found a fired bullet standing upright in the outdoor shower the next morning.
