Possible footprints found northwest of Robinson
About four years ago in winter, the witness found about eight large footprints in fresh snow near the driveway leading from the road toward a pond fence where they stopped. The witness tried to follow the trail but found no further prints beyond the fence. The night before the discovery, the witness's dog had run toward the end of the driveway acting aggressive, but the witness saw and heard nothing when checking.

The witness and his daughter were sleeping in a tent at a small campground when they were awakened around 3 a.m. by loud, powerful howl-like calls coming from a nearby swampy area. The witness and her husband were sitting in their parked car at an overgrown abandoned graveyard at night. She heard branches breaking, felt watched, and noticed a foul odor, then watched a very tall bulky figure standing between pines and swaying side to side for several minutes before leaving. Her companion in the passenger seat did not see the figure, reportedly because of dashboard light glare.

The guest and his best friend fished at the uncle's lake then dug for fossils at the high wall. Rocks were thrown at them from a ravine, then heavy footsteps paced them behind tall reeds. When they reached the truck and turned on headlights, an 8-9 foot upright grayish-black figure ran from behind the reeds up a steep hill in seconds and disappeared.

While turkey hunting with his wife in deep snow on an unused dirt road, the guest saw huge spaced divots. He crossed a creek and found a giant footprint with toes in a straight line. He followed the same individual's older and newer tracks to a cliff where it climbed, with body drag in snow, and photographed them.

Three men in a truck had just passed through a ranch gate in daylight when a tall, dark-haired creature emerged from a pine thicket and ran across the road in front of them in about three strides. It continued over a fence into trees on the other side in a matter of seconds without making sound. After buying five acres and building a vacation cabin, the witness reports infrequent wood knocks, a broken drain pipe, a pushed-in door frame, saw blades moved below the house, and a bird feeder repeatedly carried to the treeline. She dismissed these at the time as animals or vandals.

The witness and a companion were walking back to their campsite at night when they stopped on a small bridge over a stream. They watched a fur-covered figure crouched at the water's edge drinking with its hand. The figure stood to at least eight feet, stared at them without blinking for a minute or two, then resumed drinking as the two left in fear.

The witness was riding in a car following friends toward a lake campground just after dark. Friends in the lead car reported something crossing the road after a bridge, and about a minute later the witness saw a tall hair-covered figure in brush beside the road that turned to look at the car before walking toward the river and into the woods. No one else in the witness's car saw it, but both occupants of the lead car said they saw it.

Late at night the witness and a relative were indoors when they heard monkey-like hooting at the window and noticed vegetation moving outside. The relative went outside with a firearm and saw further movement near the end of the house while the witness heard grunting sounds near another window. The household dog ran to the relative but then whimpered, backed away, and refused to approach the side of the house. After a quiet interval, the two heard only distant noises when they went out again at midnight.

About a minute later the witness saw a very tall, light-colored, muscular creature walking calmly in the ditch across the highway behind the mailbox. Six adults driving farm dirt roads at night to look at deer found the deer fleeing the pasture. They watched a large black bipedal creature cross the road in their headlights, turn, and re-enter pines within seconds. They circled back to find the area still empty of deer.

A deer hunter in scent-masking clothes and a ghillie suit was set up on a rock overlooking a saddle at daybreak. A large dark ape-like animal threw a stick that landed behind him, then charged after he shouted and pointed his muzzleloader. He fired in front of it to deter it; it stopped, stood, grunted, and a smaller one emerged crying before both left. He abandoned his gear and found it ransacked the next day.
