Backlit by a carport light, he saw a large wide shape that vocalized again, circled with him as he retrieved a rifle, then left toward the woods. Next morning he found disturbed ground suggesting large bipedal steps.

The witness was driving a water truck north of Fort McMurray and stopped for caribou crossing. Two bear-like animals approached and stood upright, revealing a tall brown female and a smaller black young male. A much larger male carrying a caribou appeared behind the truck, roared, charged, and struck the truck as the witness drove away, leaving a dent.

Several children playing outside exchanged yelps and whistles with an unseen source that sounded progressively closer, moving from the mountaintop to the woods' edge. When a boy took a hunting dog to the treeline, the dog stayed silent with raised tail and ears, stopped, and refused to advance. An adult also noted a foul smell during the few-minute interaction, after which the sounds stopped.

The witness became stranded alone when a car sank in soft sand on a remote forest road. While digging out the tires, the witness was struck by a thrown rock, then heard movement, footsteps and loud hissing vocalizations from the surrounding brush. A large wet adult creature and a smaller juvenile were then seen at close range crossing the road, throwing material at the car, before disappearing into the forest.

The next morning a previously intact rotten stump across the river was found split with half lying at the river's edge.

The witness waited on an ATV in a hollow while her companion walked up a ridge to check a trail camera. She heard a single long horn-like yell from ahead in the same hollow that she did not recognize from local wildlife. Her companion, who was out of sight on the ridge, said he did not hear the sound.

During the day they found a very fresh opened deer carcass, returned to find their camp meticulously rummaged including an animal-proof cooler, and found a nearby large tent camp abandoned and dusty. Around 3 a.m. a huge heavy presence breathed deeply, smelled of wet animal and strong body odor, moved around the tents while the forest went silent, terrifying them until sunrise when they packed and left without speaking.

The witness was alone hunting deer from an elevated stand before sunrise when a strong musty odor grew stronger. He then noticed a tall, hairy biped partly concealed behind a large tree about 25 yards away, swaying from side to side and making short low grunts. After he glanced away to reach for his scoped gun he heard it moving through the woods, and when he looked back it had disappeared.

Using night vision, the witness watched a large human-like figure standing about 40 yards away between the woods and a shed, staring up into the trees. The figure was gone by the time the witness tried to have another household member see it.

Four friends camped overnight near a river. After a distant yelp, a companion reported seeing a large shape by the river that could not be made out in the dark. Later the two awake witnesses heard a loud knock on a tree near camp and then bipedal footsteps circling the tent, including contact brushing the tent, before the sounds moved away. A daylight check found no tracks.

The witness and a companion visited Bachelor's Grove in the afternoon to check structures described in a prior report. They observed hand-made tree pyramids, an X, and an arch, heard a siren-like sound and faint mumbling voices, and saw no unknown animals. After the companion left, the witness found a large old footprint with visible toes and additional faint impressions forming a long-stride trackway.

He turned to see a tall black hair-covered biped watching him from behind a small tree about 40 yards away. After watching for about 10 seconds, the witness backed away frightened as the creature turned and walked calmly into the woods; he noted a rank odor just before and loud yells and grunts from the woods after.

The witness was driving a truck on I-75 at dusk in fog when a tall dark bipedal creature crossed the highway ahead from forest toward an orchard, covering the lanes in a few long strides and clearing the median and a fence. After pulling over, the witness shone a spotlight into the area, saw red-orange eyeshine for several seconds and heard a low grunt before leaving.

Two companions were night fishing at a reservoir when they heard tree knocks and unfamiliar calls that seemed to get closer. They decided to leave and found one of two large catfish missing from the back of the truck, then the companion was struck in the chest by a small thrown rock.
