After driving on a flat tire to a trailer home, the witness sat in the back bedroom at night. Looking out the open window, the witness saw a very tall human-like face staring in from about twenty feet away for about fifteen seconds. Additional figures were seen moving among trees toward a creek, after which the witness closed and locked the window and secured the house.

The figures left into the woods, and the next day the witness found the tree down with the saw bar displaced and many tracks and cracked walnuts nearby.

The witness was driving west on I-40 at night when headlights lit a large, long-haired gray animal squatting near the shoulder. The animal sat with forearms on its knees and head tilted down, appearing to look at the ground. The witness slowed for a profile view, estimated its size against a road sign, and could not identify it as any known animal, noting a muscular, gorilla-like build under matted hair.

The witness was riding as a passenger north on I-75 the day after Christmas when traffic began moving after a jam. She looked to the right and noticed a large black hairy form about a football field away in a clearing between woods. She watched for 5-7 seconds as it stayed low and crouched and extended a long arm to move slowly toward the woods.

Around midnight they heard something approaching through the woods, followed by loud growling, grunting, stomping and tree knocks. One of them shone a light across the narrow river and saw a head, shoulder and red eyes looking back before it retreated, continuing noise for over an hour. They left at first light and were later towed back to the landing.

The figure moved smoothly with no head bob and had long shaggy head hair, with lower legs hidden by a rise in ground. After losing sight of it, the witness went inside to wake the spouse.

Two brothers parked for a late-night talk on a forest road when heavy footsteps surrounded the car on several sides and powerful growls approached the rear. After repositioning the car in moonlight they saw a dark shape shifting in a tree, heard heavy breathing, and watched a very tall muscular dark creature cross the road and peer from behind a stump. A second slender gray creature leapt across the road, the large one dropped to all fours and left, and the brothers later realized hours had passed.

The witness was driving west on Highway 54 toward the Kansas state line in early-morning darkness on the way to work. In the headlights a very large, very dark, stocky upright figure was seen on the left side of the road, visible from the knees up with very black hair that shone in the lights. The figure quickly stepped off the roadway within a second or two, and the witness did not turn back.

A tall hairy biped ran from right to left across the road and was struck by the left front bumper, cracking it, but continued without slowing. The witness turned back and found nothing at the scene except a strong foul odor. She described the creature as much larger than an adult man, with short brownish-red hair, a large head and very long massive arms, without seeing its face.

The witness and a companion were on foot scouting hunting ground in daylight when the witness noticed a large reddish-brown figure moving in the timber nearby. The witness saw only from the mid-shoulders up for a few seconds before turning toward the companion and looking back to find it gone. The companion did not see the figure but heard movement and footfalls, and a strong musky odor was noticed as the figure moved away.
