Possible daylight sighting by a couple at Geneva-on-the-Lake State Park
A family of four driving through Geneva State Park in daylight stopped after noticing a large dark bipedal figure moving through snowy woods. The figure was watched briefly for about ten seconds before disappearing. Shortly after from a nearby parking lot the adults made whoop calls and heard replies described as whoops, a scream or growl, and wood knocks, while also noticing a strong unpleasant odor.

The witness was driving home at night when, after glancing away from an oncoming car's high beams, they saw the lower part of a large dark long-haired figure. Only two very large legs with extremely large feet were visible in the headlights as it took three steps across the road and a fourth step up the roadside bank. The witness briefly stopped to look for tracks from the car, then left feeling frightened.

While driving on a road that follows a river on a hot day, the witness noticed a large cinnamon-colored animal standing on all fours in the shallow water at a distance. He could not see its head because of distance and overhanging branches. He first thought it was a bear but noted the fur looked unusually long and shaggy, obscuring where legs met body. He did not stop for a closer look and judged it at least as large as local bears he had seen.

On November 2, 2013 around 4:45 p.m., the wife was closing the barn doors when she noticed movement downhill. She observed a tall hair-covered creature standing about 110 feet away facing her, which then turned and bounded down the steep slope out of sight. He saw a large black figure hop between trees without being seen directly. The next day he measured the head height at eight foot four and the jumps at about twenty-five to thirty feet.

He saw a dark figure moving along the field edge and into a ravine about 60 yards away, walking upright on two legs, and heard something walking in the ravine. The witness was stargazing with friends in a foggy open field at night when she noticed a dark, shadowy figure standing in tall grass some distance away observing the group. She tried to alert companions who did not see it, then left for the campfire out of fear. Later the group heard coyotes howling for several minutes before they stopped abruptly, and nothing further happened that night.

The witness then saw a large grey shape move quickly and silently between cover, followed by a large splash near the dock. Frightened, the witness left immediately and found large four-toed footprints on a return visit the next day.

The witness shone a flashlight out a window and saw a large hairy biped walking away, which his wife also watched from a second window heading up a ravine. The witness and a relative were night fishing across a creek from a short bluff when they heard crashing coming down the hill. They shone a spotlight and saw a large hairy figure crouched at the shoreline, then heard a second crashing nearby. The first figure entered the creek and stood in deep water up to its rib cage while they watched, after which both people fled without looking back.
