Large bipedal animal frequently observed by a South Dakota family
A family reports seeing an unidentified tall biped around their rural home over four years, usually at night. The creature is described as 7 to 9 feet tall, walking upright with a slight hunch and running too fast to follow. Footprints, hair, possible saliva, blood stains, and snapped small trees were also found on the property. Up to nine family members in three houses have seen it when arriving, leaving, or moving between houses.
Three sets of tracks found
Two bear hunters on foot found three sets of large footprints traveling together in a muddy flat back in the woods. The prints were in a low area filled with rain water and were judged to be fairly recent because the edges lacked degradation. A single plaster cast of the largest print was made within 24 hours, but the cast was poor due to inexperience.

The witness and relatives stopped at a meadow while fishing and scouting for elk sign. The witness found three large fresh scats of unrecognized plant-based material and a large humanlike footprint beside one scat. The cousin and two teenagers also viewed the track, photos were taken and the scats were collected for later examination.

Two companions hiked 2 to 3 miles into isolated terrain to scout bear-hunting locations. While crossing a breached beaver dam they found three sets of very fresh, large tracks in soft mud with long strides that left the mud and climbed a steep rocky hill. They reported feeling watched shortly before the find, felt shaken, and left the area quickly with no further incident.
Huge human-like footprints discovered
The witness and a companion hiked into a remote area beside Cedar Lake to collect ancient amber. While wading along the flooded shoreline the day after hiking in, they found fresh, huge human-like footprints in a sandy area that led west into the swamp. The prints were described as 14-15 inches long, narrow for their length, with a running stride and deep depressions. They recorded the prints and surrounding swamp with a video camera.
Fourteen inch by six inch tracks found
The witness was day-hiking alone in a remote wilderness area when they noticed a strong sickly-sweet, garlic-like odor they could not source. In the same area they heard a screeching vocalization they did not recognize as bear, mountain lion, or raptor. They also found large footprints near where they had eaten lunch, measuring about 14 by 6 inches, which they felt were not bear tracks but could not positively identify due to hard rocky ground.
Two unsusual man-like tracks discovered
The witness reports finding two unknown animal footprints on a sandy area near a river bar, with one print destroyed by stepping and the other identified as a clear right foot. The prints appeared to be a week or more old and were heading from the forest toward the river. The witness photographed the remaining print and hoped to return for a cast and measurements.

The witness and a companion camped in Wayne National Forest over a holiday weekend. After mimicking animal sounds in the evening, the witness stayed awake through the night hearing crashes, footsteps, grunts and mimicking speech, and saw eye shine high off the ground. In the morning the pair found a snapped tree, strong odor, widely spaced ground marks and a five-toed partial print, which the witness attributed to a large visitor.
Twenty-two inch tracks found
The witness reports discovering four large, bare human-like footprints with five toes that followed a deer path down a hill and crossed a dirt road. The tracks in soft ground sank 2 to 3 inches, while those on the hard road left only dirt in foot shape. The witness measured the tracks at 22 inches long with an eight-foot spacing and tried to follow them but was stopped by rocks.

The witness states they began studying Woodbury gameland in 1998 after hearing of a Bigfoot sighting there. During the first visit, they report finding a three-toed impression estimated at 14 inches long and 6 inches wide. No animal or figure was seen at that time.
Boundary Peak area, three witnesses observe strange humanlike tracks
While camping, three people waded across a flooded creek after climbing a nearby peak and noticed a set of blurred, fuzzy-edged footprints on the far side that had not been present an hour earlier. The prints were roughly human-foot sized. Later that evening they discussed the find around a campfire with a passing patrol agent, who said similar prints were known locally as Little Foot.

The witness discovered two very large footprints in the freshly tilled soil of a front-yard vegetable garden about four or five years before reporting. The witness called over two relatives, and all three viewed the prints, which were described as deep, wide, and spaced too far apart to be human. No photograph or plaster cast was made. The garden sits on an unfenced property in the Cascade foothills surrounded by heavily wooded land with a creek nearby.

A press report said three large footprint-like impressions were found on a Monday in the wooded Blue Hills area near Rice Lake. An investigator described the impressions as about 16 to 17.5 inches long and 8 inches wide, with one showing five toes and a stride of about 4.5 feet, suggesting a Bigfoot. Late in the evening the witness drove around the apartment complex and saw a dark figure standing at the edge of the woods by the trash bins. The figure looked at the witness and then moved slowly back into the woods. The next morning footprints were found near the dumpster in snow, leading the witness to conclude the figure was not a bear.
Tracks found by family hunting for arrowheads
The witness was searching for arrowheads with companions when alerted to an unusual track near a small cedar tree. He describes a large human-like left footprint with only three toes impressed in soil, larger than his own boot, plus a second fainter matching print nearby. He interpreted the distance between prints as a long stride that would have cleared the small tree.

Five companions on a camping trip drove to near the top of Corral Pass to scout a hike. While looking for tracks in snow, they found a trail of large bare footprints with distinct toes and no claws. They concluded the prints were not bear or boot prints and continued their trek in silence.
Memory told of finding possible fresh tracks and pebbles thrown while hiking near Jasper
The witness and spouse were hiking uphill in heavy snow when they found about a dozen very fresh, large barefoot-like tracks crossing the slope. As they examined the tracks, nearby foliage shook as if an animal was present, and they felt sudden fear and decided to leave. While descending about 300 yards, small pebbles were repeatedly tossed at them from behind, striking the witness in the back without injury until they began to run.

The witness reported finding unusually large tracks estimated at 20 inches near a campsite. That night the group heard loud piercing screams in the forest and smelled a strange skunk- and sweat-like odor, and the witness sounded a personal alarm which seemed to drive something away. The next morning they found more tracks near the campsite along with some broken branches.
Multiple Tracks Found at Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument
The witness arrived early to hike a park nature trail after overnight rain and found elk tracks on the muddy path. On top of the elk tracks was a set of much larger barefoot human-like prints continuing in the same direction for dozens of feet. No other visitors had been on the trail, and the witness asked a ranger about the prints after looping back.

The witness reported walking at night from a campsite toward a bridge along a sandy creek bottom. They found large footprints in the sand and became aware of something large moving through brush with sounds. They also noticed an unusual odor in the area where the sounds occurred.
