Repeat visits to rural home 40 miles east of Greenville, on north side of Union
The witness was lying in bed and looked up through a gap above the air conditioner in the bedroom window. In the yard light glow they saw a large dark head with a black face looking down at them. The head stared for several seconds, turned away briefly as if distracted, then looked back. Frightened, the witness turned away, asked it to leave, and did not look back.

The witness was driving east in the morning when a large dark silhouette walked across the road in four long strides and then vanished. Both sides of the road were thick woods with no house or mailbox present. The witness returned that afternoon to search the spot but found no trace.

The witness was in a military tent with several friends and a dog when the dog began growling. He saw a huge cone-headed shadow with long arms standing on two feet outside the tent staring in. He held an axe waiting for it to rip the tent, but it walked away after about a minute.
