In the headlights a large black biped ran from the north side of the road across in front of the vehicle and up an incline to the south. The witness described it moving very fast on two legs and glancing back over a hunched shoulder while maintaining eye contact. The witness stated it did not look like a known four-legged animal and was left frightened.

A later visitor examined a cast and said weight distribution argued against a fake shoe.
