About a month after the first incident, the witness returned to the family property in the evening to check an area that had been logged. Loud whistles, a laugh-like vocalization, gibberish responses, and a distant silhouette were encountered. The witness shouted threats, fired twice toward sounds and movement, then left the fire burning and drove away.

The witness was with two companions at a parking lot late at night during a group expedition. They walked toward a beaten crossing area and heard very close low guttural sounds, then backed out together. The witness's husband was hunting alone from an elevated stand on the evening of November 18, 2019. He heard a series of loud vocalizations, howls, knocks and gibberish-like sounds from dense brush, with a second individual answering from down a draw. After he shouted a warning and fired a shot toward advancing growls, two unseen creatures charged through the brush chasing him to the road, where they stopped as he fled to his truck.

In late May 2005 the witness and a companion waited in dense woods by a river after dark. After the witness imitated howls, something within about 200 yards answered with repeated loud deep growls, followed by about a minute of chattering from two directions. Later the witness struck a tree with a stick and heard similar loud banging from across the river for one to two minutes. The pair heard nothing else except insects and coyotes, and never saw the sources.

The witness and a companion followed noises into woods on private property after seeing large movement in the treeline. After a deep growl and handgun shots, they were confronted at the treeline by two large hairy figures that stomped, rocked, and threw branches. They slowly backed out while keeping the gun pointed, then heard a loud whinny-like shout as they left.

The witness and his brother were building a house on an undeveloped lot and sitting outside on the road at night after turning off lanterns. About fifty yards away, at least three very large animals began screaming, cackling, and babbling like primates. The witness tried to illuminate them with a motorbike headlight, but they were already gone and the night fell still.

Over three years after the main walk, the witness reports recurring being-watched feelings, crashing sounds, silence, dog reactions, chattering and screams, odors, thrown sticks and debris, and one eyeshine about 8 ft high.

The witness stopped a truck on the highway in early morning to let a small dog out. The dog stared up a tree where a large monkey-like creature crouched, then a much larger creature carrying a wild hog emerged. Both creatures screamed at the witness, the female left toward a chirping sound, and the larger male approached, displayed the hog, then let the witness back away to the truck and drive off.
